I had a similar experience but I called my credit card company and explained that I had been billed for 7 months following the immediate cancellation of the trial membership signup.
They went through the statement and confirmed they would provide a refund within 3 business days and address the issue with Centrobill.
In my opinion they were taking an aggressive stance to what seemed to be a fraudulent billing situation.
So all you need to do is call the CC company.
Nathan.

I had similar experience but when I noticed I had been billed for 7 months after cancellation, I called the credit card company who sounded like they were aware of the scam.
I called on the Thursday and they stated I'd see a full refund from them by the following Monday, which happened!
he Centrobill bunch are fools because they don't seem to realise that customers can complain to the credit card companies and get a refund.
If enough people do so they'll get black-listed by the CC companies... LoL, Nathan.

If you are getting ripped off by these fools, just contact your credit card company... took 3 business days for a full refund from the CC company.

I had a similar experience.
All you have to do is contact your credit card company and they will most likely provide you with an immediate refund and seek reconciliation with Centrobill.
It worked for me!

Centrobill are actually a bunch of idiots.
I had a similar experience but I called the credit card company and explained what I believed was a fraudulent activity.
They provided me with a full refund for the period billed within 3 business days.
Also they stated any further billings from Centrobill would be automatically blocked.
Centrobill are fools, they don't imagine that people will complain to their credit card companies. Bit of luck they'll soon be black-listed.

No need for that ! Just explain the fraudulent activity to your credit card provider.
They provided me with a full refund of all deductions made by Centrobill for the period in question and also stated that any further deductions from Centrobill would be automatically blocked.
These guys at Centrobill are a bunch of idiots!

I had a similar experience, joined as a trial member and cancelled same day. 7 months later I noticed I had been billed the full monthly sum each month.
On investigating, I found an odd email request 3 days after the trial membership date offering special discount and asking if I really still wanted to cancel.
When I contacted the support desk they stated that they continued billing since I did not respond to their email.
I found that they had billed the first months full membership within the first 2 days, 1 day prior to the email questioning cancellation having been sent.
When I challenged this, they offered a refund of the first month billed, however still refused to refund the subsequent billings.
I called my credit card company and explained. They immediately stated they would provide a full refund within the next 3 business days ( which they did) and would seek reconciliation with Centrobill on my behalf.
I'm of the impression they are aware of Centrobill's activities.
Call your credit card company, it appears they will deal with it !
