Yes I have - despite the content looking very promising, don't join the site until they fix their support email issues. Here's my full experience:
I joined baebz.com on March 5 on a 1 day trial membership and after deciding to cancel as there wasn't enough content for me at this time, I was offered a discounted rate of $14.95 for the rest of the month. I approved this discounted rate and saw the charge on my account but at this time, I still do not have full membership access.
I've exchanged emails FIVE TIMES with both Epoch ((payment processor) and cvv@cvvhelp.net (the supposed support email). While Epoch has been very responsive, cvv@cvvhelp.net has emailed me stating they DO NOT offer any support service to Baeb... this is DESPITE the fact that cvv@cvvhelp.net is listed as their support email AND in their Terms of Use section. Either its a cvv@cvvhelp.net being completely ignorant of their support duties or Baeb has the wrong support email - both are inexcusable, imo.
I'm waiting to hear back from Epoch to see if they can resolve it in the next day - otherwise, I'll be contacting my payment account to get a full refund. $14.95 isn't that huge of a deal anymore - it's this whole process.
Anyway, anything more than $14.95 aint' worth joining as they don't have enough content just yet - and until they fix their support issues, I absolutely don't recommend joining.
