I was surprised to see the 75 rating for such a great site. I guess if you are really into some type of fetish that is not on Video Box I can understand a bit more.
I will say I don't recall ever having download issues with Video Box. it may be you logged on at a bad time. Definitely give it another try if you haven't already.

If you look at the PU page again it looks like it's $29.96 for one month recurring and $39.96 non-recurring.
