I'm a bit confused as far as the mainstream glam remark? Maybe just the elegant ladies category but I found more than half the outfits to be regular attire worn to the mall or them doing regular household chores. I think there is a superior mix of glam with different outfits. Plus, there is a lot of working woman attire (I.E.: secretary) which I would never qualify as glamour at all.
I do agree with the fact that not all models are beauties. I think this is due to the site trying to update so much quickly that they cannot pick and choose quality models for updates. But, with talks about this with messmer and others, one person's gem of a woman can be another person's hag.
I'm not trying to ridicule or be negative, but I dislike the fact that this review had no comment about the videos. It's not fair for the site which has both quality photography and videography to only be judged on your opinion of the quality of photography. But, this is just my opinion.
To move on, while personally I think the score is a bit low, I just can't figure out why the score is so low. 77 is a bit average for this site in my opinion. All I can see for the reason that the site is scored a bit lower than I think is because you think there is too much glamour photos, it features hardcore plus solo, and not all the models are hot? Interesting.

I can't argue the score you gave the site if it didn't work for you, but I don't understand how you can knock it for trying to appeal to a wide range of tastes. I guess you could call women over the age of 30 a niche, but it's not like they're a women in chocolate sauce site and they started branching out into vegetable based condiments. Being over 30 isn't really a constriction (unless you have a need to get asked for ID at the bar). I guess I'm just not sure how offering variety can be a bad thing. One of the things I've always liked about AO30 is that just about every update includes something from a different category. A new model, a solo video, a new picture set from an existing model, etc.

I agree with the points you made, Capn, but here we have once again one of those attempts by a site to make it right for everyone and for you and me their effort has backfired while others are delighted to finally find the hardcore they've been looking for. Chacun a son gout, I guess, I just wish there were more sites for mon gout!

Kind of the same for me, except it's frontal nudity "flipped" (heh-heh).
And yes, and as it happens all too often, it's just toys-toys-toys-toys-toys-toys-toys-toys-toys-toys-toys-toys-toys! Well, not "just," but pretty damned near. It's what killed Nubiles for me, and some other sites that used have some "balance" in their ideas about content.

I have to admit i still object to this regional pricing but as i was able to join Watch 4 Beauty for $19.95 instead of the usual $29.95 it made the $2 dollar regional pricing supplement a bit easier to swallow.

Ahoy, Cap'n. No doubt you hate that "Kumbaya" midcore stuff as much as I do. And at American Kittens, the Sarah Peachez section is loaded with galleries that are the epitome of midcore, with her just pulling down her thong a few stretches and so on. (There's some nudity, but you have to have the tenacity of a San Francisco Gold Rush prospector to maybe find it.)
Frankly, I think that a 10:1 maximum allowable full:mid nudity ratio LAW should be passed and then vigorously enforced. For one thing, you'd get more skin at sites like OnlyTease. That would be nice!

The search engine results show slightly more indoor than outdoor shoots but its not far off a 50/50 split. More often than not the models are wearing something at the start of the set but generally its not a fully clothed striptease, might be just some items of lingerie or sometimes a dress with nothing underneath

I tried to edit my response but too much time had lapsed. I retract part of my reply above because I just came back from a quick tour and noticed that the last hardcore update was on the 12th of April, so one hc update in 12 days wouldn't be too bad and I could indeed handle this by using the Captain's filtering method! So, forget anything I wrote re. increased daily updates. :-)

I can understand both sides. On the one hand we have the web owners/ masters who feel they have to diversify because they are being bombarded daily by hardcore lovers for more of their favorite material, while those of us who would have liked to subscribe to a mature site that is reasonably softcore are suffering from a lack of choice.
I don't mind "pink," or insertions or even g/g material, even though some purists would not consider that softcore but something in between, so it is not pure softcore that attracts me but the absence of the male of the species. And any update containing b/g is regrettably always a wasted one for me.
This is no reflection on the other Captain's site. As I stated above, I can understand that economics play a part in what's being offered in Anilos, I just wish he'd build one for us that leaves out the men!
And, if we, as per his suggestion, screened out all hardcore content it would just make it glaringly obvious that there are not too many daily updates that would appeal to the softcore lover, unless he did an "All Over 30" with five or more updates a day.
These are just musings of a frustrated man, the other Captain! I still think you have a fine site and will be back eventually once the softcore has built up again to make it worth my while to subscribe. If you put some of the ladies into some exotic, erotic lingerie it would definitely hasten my return! :-)

That banner has not changed, it has always said that. Also our stance on content has not changed. We offer solo sets and an additional man woman video and picture set if the woman does that. However we are working on some more filtering options to hide the hardcore for those who do not want to see it.

Hi Capn. I read that slightly different. I took it to mean that the site contained women willing to do hardcore. As to the models, there is a model directory on the left hand side underneath the buttons you looked at that will list all the models. There are also further details about the models to be found, including how far they are willing to go, many will not do hardcore. I'm not sure if these statistics can be seen on the tour but they are there! I accept the fact that it is a mixed site just hope they'll start mixing hc and sc a bit better when it comes to updates so there's something for everyone in the space of a week.

Hi Capn, I haven't been a member lately but assume that the basic mixture of hardcore/softcore/midcore is still the same. Where they did make a mistake was in not mixing up the updates enough so that there was a long string of updates featuring hardcore/midcore at the expense of softcore at the time I voiced my complaint.

Capn, I think there are at least a couple of PU members who really enjoy the tease. They can even appreciate sites that are tease and non-nude, I believe. But I'm more into sites where nudity is the majority of the photos. Though there are some models that I will enjoy their photosets, even if there is little to no nudity displayed. Because the models are really attractive for me, for some reason.
I'm much more into softcore than hardcore. But that's just me. A lot of PU members like their porn more graphic than what I do.

4 or 5 softcore sets to 1 hardcore for each model usually with an occasional model doing 2 hardcore scenes. Photo sets are good but have quite a bit of photoshopping.

I like this site very much, it still doesn't present as much slinky lingerie as I would prefer but most models wear a bit more than just skin under their dresses, so in that respect I would rate the site a bit higher than All Over 30, another of my favorites.

Hey, my name is unpredictable! :-) I subscribe to VideoBox which is hardcore video through and through yet on a softcore site like Anilos I steer away from hardcore. I don't think I downloaded a single set of pictures that was b/g, or g/g. I'm not even crazy about toys. Yet I must say I found enough material other than that to keep me happy so I'm sure its not devoid of the softcore material you are looking for. And welcome!
