We contacted Twisty's about this one and they assure us, there's been some kind of error. They are anxious to find out exactly what went wrong.
So there's no confusion, they've confirmed that this offer is for FULL access. FWIW, at least one other PU has confirmed that's what he saw when he signed up.
Twisty's support staff have done some testing and can't figure out what could have gone wrong and why you only seemed to get a limited trial. All of their tests result in full access.
But ...
They want to try to get to the bottom of it so it doesn't happen to any other users. They are also willing to work with you personally to resolve this. If you wouldn't mind, please email nancy@twistys.com and give her the details of when you signed up so they can have their tech folks try and sort it out.
Finally, sorry for any inconvenience that resulted from you accepting a PU special offer. We do all in our power to ensure our users get the best deals possible.

I sincerely doubt that PU/TBP knew this offer was so limited.
If you can't get a refund on your own, I believe Khan (or someone else at PU) will work with you to settle this matter: either a refund, or full access to Twistys for one month.
PU/TBP is not part of Twistys. But PU/TBP has stepped in to help their members in the past. And PU/TBP carries a lot more weight than an individual.
