I can't add a screen capture but I added a link to one. If you honestly tell me that its impossible to see the text I'm talking about and its a flat out deception that's a different issue, but its clearly stated there.

I totally get the stigma associated with adult business but we make a concerted effort to be forthright about what members are getting. Sketchy tactics and buried text may work in the short term but longterm sustainability comes from customer satisfaction and transparency, as much as is feasible.
That said, if you contacted customer support and no one was able to assist you, on that point we failed and there is no excuse for that, except that it happens and I apologize.

I can clarify this, how it works it that as long as you keep your primary membership (whichever you bought first) active, you can buy a one lifetime access membership to any of the other sites on the portal.
There is no deception, it clearly states that as along as you have the primary you'll have lifetime access.
Regardless of what you assumed there was no deception or rhetoric. It literally says "Lifetime Mofos access as long as you keep your Brazzers Membership" and can't be any clearer.
I maintain my position, reading is fundamental.

Lifetime Brazzers access as long as you keep your Mofos Membership. This is clearly stated when you were first presented with this offer. You need to pay full attention to these offers and use your common sense. You should know Brazzers (or any adult paysite) wouldn't give you a lifetime subscription to their website without making recurring money on the backend from another website. They would lose a lot of money if no money was being made on the backend. You know how the old saying goes: "If it sounds too good to be true then it mostly likely is." I don't think they scammed you... I think you just wasn't paying careful attention to the offer.
