Thanks everyone. I've gone full circle with this. Just shy of reformatting my hard drive and reinstalling windows I have done everything possible. Met Art tech support say the common denominator appears to be Comcast as they have other subscribers with this issue also. Comcast insists it is met-art's issue. So I guess I have to contact CCBill and see if I can get a prorated refund of my year subscription. Appreciate everyone's efforts. BTW access is fine on any other 4g mobile. Need to try someone elses Comcast account where I live.
