Again - very sorry that you were disappointed by the temporary files and lack of responses. We are not disputing your review at all.
All that we ask is that people give honest reviews and post their experiences. It helps other users find/avoid sites and prompts webmasters to improve.
I just wanted to clarify that the files you don't like (I don't like them either) are in fact temporary and you caught us at a bad time. With our pants down maybe a little ;-)
Also someone should have replied to your emails. It looks like they went to our customer service provider, I'll follow up with them. There's no excuse for that and it's one of the reasons I publish my email on pornusers - as a backup. We don't want people to ever end up left out in the cold.
I do want to make sure that we have this clear about your downloadporn.com upgrade - it did not work properly. We were not attempting to deceive you in any way.
The upgrade was to grant you full download access like the text said. It's obvious now that this didn't happen the way it was supposed to. We would never charge anyone to upgrade from "streaming only" to "streaming only", that's as absurd as it sounds. You were supposed to get full-download access. Please email me, I'd like to at the very least fix your access.
Sorry your experience left you frustrated.

I want to address a few of the issues you brought up in your review - the HD videos, emailing the owner, and the Upgrade.
We're in the process of upgrading our high-def videos, and unfortunately that means that some H264 encoded MP4 files are being used in place of the HD files while they're being processed. These files are not distorted - try using Quicktime or VLC player and they will work fine. The sites we have listed as "HD" or "Bonus", "Exclusive" etc... will be re-encoded first so if you're a member watch for those this weekend/next-week.
I'm not sure who you emailed but please email me directly and let me know how I can help. It sounds like there was a problem with your upgrade - it should have allowed you to download, and I can check/fix your login if you let me.

When a customer clicks for "FULL DVD ACCESS" they are accepting our offer of enhanced access for an additional cost.
From your comment you didn't receive download access which is unfortunate and I can imagine quite frustrating!

Good review OneMan, although I would say if they re-encoded some of their older stuff at higher resolution, I would totally join again, some of their older scenes are great, it is a pity they are such shitty resolution.

Just to reply to your comment on using East Europeans etc.
I do appreciate your concern from a moral point of view - i.e. using Eastern Europeans for 'cheap labour'.
But I respectfully disagree. I disagree because sure, it's cheaper from our economy's point of view - but to them they are probably earning a very decent living. This is where market forces actually work in favour of the poorer countries, as they can be more competitive (i.e. work for lower wages than us in the West) and therefore secure work that would otherwise just remain in the UK or USA or wherever.
It's no different to companies outsourcing call centres abroad (I work in a UK call centre, but my employer also uses an Indian call centre for the less technical customer support). And why does my employer use an Indian call centre? Because they're dirt cheap - but they still get the going rate for over there - which affords them a very nice lifestyle. The wages are less - but so is the cost of living within that economy. And that is their 'ace card' in the world market place!
OK, I'm ranting! Just basically saying you shouldn't feel bad about it IMO. Regards. Davit.

If you want to see the Eastern European girls talking, one possiblity is ATK Premium, which I think still has interview videos, which were a feature there before the site got revamped after a crash. You could probably contact the webmaster about it through this site. But I wouldn't recommend that site just for that, because it actually suffers from repetitiveness, too.
The Eastern European girls vary a lot in how good their English is, as one might expect. Zuzana Zeleznovova, for instance, is pretty fluent and talks pretty fast, but Sophie Moone is pretty weak.
At least one of the interviewers at ATK Premium was annoying because he made no allowance for the difficulty the girls were having in understanding him.
As for myself, expecting English language fluency along with the rest of what the girls do is, I think, asking a bit much.

And Seventeen has always been an European company, and they had never used US models (originally used Dutch, now East European - what's the big difference?) Or you mean that Dutch models did know English well, and East European don't? - that I can confirm, and that is indeed a problem in Seventeen chatroom, but IMHO not the biggest problem there.

Just joined the site for a 3 day trial - the price of 2 beers....as I suspected....no real HiDef at all.
Only around 10% of the Vids are in 2000kbps - not bad, but far poorer than your proper 720p such as Brooke Sky.
The other 90%, although they are advertised as HiDef on the previews, they are not.
They are very mediocre quality - same as the samples.
Also, Most are in multiple parts - and they are not titled - you gotta do it manually for every part.
Nice girls though and good photo quality. Shame about the gross mis-representation !

I'd say they have improved a little. I can download the full scene and browse at the same time, can't do more than 2 downloads at once however.
The re-logging is an issue plagues a lot of sites these days, i'm not sure why. And the scene split up / no model search is really irritating.

Just wanted to note that I can browse while downloading, and I have been able to download reasonably fast (400KB/s), while nowhere near maxing out my 7mbps connection, it isn't that bad.
Most of your other notes appear to still apply, however.
