I suspect that there is less content because that's what I noticed the last time I was a member. The reason why I no longer join ddf sites is because they play with their content by moving it from one site to the next and posting that as an update. I rarely see true new content except on 1byday.

I have just one small comment: when we say "exclusive content" it means that the content is exclusive to DDF Productions. It's very rare to see any of our content on other sites and there are only two I know of who have been given limited licences for various sets in the past. Our policy for the past few years has been to not give out licences at all. 99% of the content on our sites are exclusive to DDF sites and I would say about that on average about 80% of the content on each site is exclusive to that particular site.

I did a search on "hitzefrei" which turned up a reference to a day off for students and workers to cool off during a period of excessively hot weather, which apparently is a standard thing in Germany, so I guess the name equates with spending your day off from school or work watching porn!

Excellent review. I like this site and have been a member here several times. But I have to confess that I've never joined Blowpass primarily to get this site. But, I do appreciate it as an add-on. I like the zany nature of most of the scenes. The fact that they are shot live really helps this.
I think this is an under-appreciated site.

Here's some info on the channels that are part of the site:
-Sex Scenes: just leads to the list of tags/categories for you to choose from.
-Casting: the name says it all, 22 scenes of castings, mostly one-on-one but there's an FFM and an MMF threesome.

I believe you're right, the problem was with Firefox, not with Windows.
The new version of Down Them All is much harder to use, and I haven't tried to learn how to use it.
The old version of Down Them All was much simpler, easy to use.
At the moment, I'm kind of snowed with problems.
I got a re-newed desktop, which I'm learning to use.
And, off topic, I have a bunch of cavities in my teeth, which are going to be slow and expensive to fix, as well as freaken painful. The freaken pain has already started, and that's before they have pulled any teeth yet.
So until I get the time and energy (and ambition--at the moment, all I want to do is crawl into bed and hope the pain goes away), I won't be trying your excellent suggestion.
I think someone else suggested something similar a while back, but I didn't follow up on it, because I was thinking an older version of firefox might be more open to viruses.
But I hope to try your old version of firefox with the old down them all, because it was so easy to use.

More details of the negative aspects of Magma Film that I couldn't fit in the main review:
- more than a few scenes are missing any video to stream or download.
- clicking on the download link just loads the scene in a new browser window, forcing you to use the "Save link as" option provided by your browser to actually download the scene.
- flagging a scene does not work, in fact the website returns a "Server error 500" behind the scenes.
- submitting comments is very unresponsive - from hitting the comment it takes up to 30 seconds for your comment to appear and sometimes it doesn't.
- clicking the "Add to Favourites" button results in nothing happening until after between several seconds and thirty seconds.
- some oddity with the paged favourites list: when the last page of the favourites list is "full", adding one more favourite doesn't result in an new last page containing that new favourite, so the most recently added favourite doesn't appear in the favourites list at all, at least not until you add another new favourite so that the last favourites page contains at least two items, after which all is well.
- the links to actors is by actor name rather than a unique id, so a scene starring say Angelina, will link to a list of scenes starring an actor named Angelina and not necessarily the same actor from the scene you clicked from.
- on phone or tablet, the "favourite" badge on a scene thumbnail doesn't appear with the device in portrait mode, only if landscape mode.
- when streaming a scene you can drag along the timeline slider and see thumbnails for the scene at the selected point in the video, but for many scenes the thumbnails shown are for a completely different scene, rendering the functionality very hit and miss. The same goes for the scene listing thumbnails - hovering over a thumbnail shows preview thumbnails from an entirely different scene.

That's sold me on the site then, I'll give this one a go for my next porn sub. I tend to steer clear from the more professionally style shot porn sites due to the 'over performing' of their models in scenes. Good to hear the majority of the scenes here come across as slightly more natural!

Great review Pinkerton! I've had my eye on this site, and SexyHub as a whole for a while...but haven't bit the bullet on joining just yet, partly due to the extras for downloads but it not really being advertised.
With regards to the scenes themselves - would you say the performers seem to be having a genuinely good time? Or is it very much still playing to the camera style porn? A few things worth a mention that I couldn't fit into the main review:

You are right on the way you understood it. It's still 480p but it has higher bitrate. They give you really four options on those scenes that are higher than the original. The scene I mentioned, the original had an 800 bitrate. The move up to 12000. It brought a lot of clarity out, made everything look more vivid. Just to show the point of that scene and how much of an improvement it is. There is a part where Krystal Steel is fingering Sky Lopez, violently. I remember them being real-life lovers at one time. Sky has a little tank top on. She had implants. In the scene that I have the original of you can see that Sky was scooting so much it was causing her tank top to move and bunch in the back. One of her boobs pops out and the angle of the camera is perfect to show how hard Sky's nipple was. The new 12000 bitrate version, it's clear how hard it was. The old version, you could see the shape of her hard nipple. You can see it plain in the 12000 bitrate version.

I agree. 8000 is fine for me too. What I don't like, and what I have occasionally found on other sites is 1080p videos with bitrates as low as 3000kb/s. Those look noticeably pixilated in curves and movement. And let's face it, porn is all about curves and movement!

Yes, there are two bitrates available for each resolution. I agree that this is unique and I really liked the option. I often find that I download a 720p or 1080p file and the bitrate is so low that the video still isn't crisp. And it's also a good opportunity for the member to balance bitrates and file sizes. This is a great option and it'd be great if other sites did the same.

There's also an option to browse all scenes via the Movies menu option, which lists all scene thumbnails with scene and model name in a continuously scrolling list with no paging - hovering over a thumbnail pops up the scene preview photo that you'd see when browsing the home page, clicking a thumbnail opens the scene page. I did find this continuously scrolling list quite clunky but my computer which is nearly 10 years old might be a factor. On mobile devices the Movies page is a paged list of scenes just like the home page.

Price was not the main reason I gave it a low score, but rather for the other reasons I stated.
