We are aware of the problem have bought additional hardware and isp bandwidth to resolve the issue. You should see an improvement starting mid next week. VideoBox doesn't handle the billing process but your biller should be able to handle this for you. Which biller did you use. I will bring up this issue with them.
I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you I hope you can give us a try in the future.
