Gcode, with all due respect, what your looking for in a site, may not be what all people are looking for, and although your feedback is more than valid, let me try and put another idea to you. Sites's like SS (which is excellent for what it does) only update maybe two girls per week and for that you get 2 great solo scenes with cum shots. Shemale Yum is updating usually 7-8 per week, with usually about 50% of them doing cumshots. The rest aren't tease shoots at all but ones that may appeal to other people (not everybody wants the cum shoot, many want dildo play or something other). We wouldn't state "this set has no cum shot" but we do state "this set has a cumshot" so you can easily select "only show cumshots".
Considering we're showing all N.American content, our site is actually pretty good value for money. Not only do you get the above, but twice a month we also show a full length, exclusive hardcore HD video and photos. Usually 20-30 minutes in length (and always cum).
Your not the only one to have that complaint but most people are happy when they look at the amount and quality of content over the course of a month, compared to any other site out there. We are trying to reach the widest audience possible which is why you see non-typical shemale models alongside the established stars, many of these non-typical end up either being stars or firm site favourtites.
I'm confident that you'd enjoy a month on the site, even if you didn't wish to remain a member you'd get 100's of hrs of videos with cumshots (and no wasted downloads as they're easily sorted out). We do have discount options that make it cheaper and where you can mix and match over Grooby sites and you can find that information from the payment pages of any of our sites.

You know, I read your exchange with seanchai on the shemale japan review and at first it made my head hurt. I couldn't figure out what was going on. But then all of a sudden a light bulb went on above my head.
What you are saying is true GCode. It seems like these days they do break up one session of shooting into 2 or 3 sets. Honestly, I didn't even realize this until you said something. Now, I'll look at things differently.
I do still like grooby's sites would join any new site they came out with. They are the most reliable place to get to see some of the top names in shemale porn. I guess I agree with you that every scene should ideally end in a cumshot. However I do really enjoy some of the scenes that don't. Like seanchai said, the do have a very large amount of vids that do end in a cumshot.
A different site I can appreciate is shemale strokers, because they do a cumshot every time (or at least 99% of the time). The do only update 2 times a week, but that seems fine.

There is no mixing and mashing of scenes, although you seem to be doing it with your words and context.
Each set on Shemale Yum and Shemale Japan are distinct sets. With different clothes, costumes and backgrounds. Each set has different forms of play in them - and every model has a cum shot BUT NOT IN EVERY SET. We're quite clear on this and you obviously feel the need to take it out of context.
Shemale Yum updates 7-8 American models per week, from either set 1 or set 2 of their shoot. Approx. 50% of these would have cum shots in any one given week. That means around 30 models per month + hardcore (in which would all be cumshot). The non-cumshot sets are excellent distinct sets and not a "tease" as you suggested, containing an interview, some dildo, wanking, playing with their asses, etc.
If you want to only see cumshot videos, then you can easily do a search within our custom build database for "cumshot" and "video" (you could narrow it down by other fields such as cock size, body shape, ethnicity, hair colour, etc. Doing a search on just that, it's currently showing, 580 distinct cum shot videos, if that's all your interested in seeing.

Hey GCode, yeah those samples worried me. Susana reminds me of a woman who would have made a great actress in movies. That could be an idea for a thread that could be useful, have the members list their best 10 models, that way everyone could maybe find at least one or two they hadn't seen before. If you are interested in Susana's content, Twistys has a lot, including a video of her in a gym, stripping her workout clothes off that is really good. Teen Dreams has a nice collection of her work too, 1byday also has a good collection of her. After looking at the preview of gynox.com I can see a few differences. Specialexamination is definitely more softcore in its approach, and less emphasis on trying hard to seem real. It seems less fetishy, if you get my drift. Its approach is a lot simpler and direct with more emphasis on nudity as opposed to the medical theme.

Sorry for the delay in my response, I did not realize you replied.
I do not have any resolutions set in stone just yet, I'm still doing research so that I can find what exactly people are looking for. If you have recommendations or wants, please feel free to let me know and I will do my best to add those into the mix. For formats, most likely flv, wmv, and mp4. I don't have an exact date on when all of this will happen, but more than likely later this year... November or December.

The "problem" you are referring to was actually not done intentionally. I will be reencoding all scenes very soon in multiple formats and multiple resolutions, taking full advantage of the high quality video I was able to shoot. I have had quite a few requests for iPhone compatible videos so I will be making that happen as well.

Hey GCode, sorry about the delay on this one. Good news, they've now got Epoch handling their billing again. As far as the site goes, it is a bittersweet site for me. I loved the photos, beautiful colors in the background, but most of all, the outfits the models started out in were some of the best I've seen. I would have never known that meant anything to me if not for an Eve Angel photo set I have from Super Glam. She has on a blue tank top, black workout shorts that barely cover her butt and there was mesh involved too. I had never seen Eve like that. It was very casual looking, but she still looked glamorous. The site focuses on the very top tier of Euro models. The video quality is a stretch to say average. But, I did just open one to see how it looks, they use a bit of a letterbox on the sides, which really, when stretched to full screen actually helps it look less grainy since it isn't trying to fit the whole screen.
The quality of the content on the videos is mostly graphic masturbation. The Eve one I just opened even has rubbing her butthole some, which is kind of rare for Eve. The best way to put it now, with Epoch handling the billing, if I had never joined it, I would in a second. The content is exclusive as far as I know. All videos that I'm looking at start out dressed, little stripping, dancing, then into masturbation. I say bittersweet because I always thought they could be one of the top Euro sites with even 4 weekly updates.

I've considered going back several times, but they are not using a billing processor that I'm familiar with so it has kind of put them on hold for now. They still aren't giving many new updates, only about 9 photo and videos combined per month. The first time join is pretty good though. Especially for those A-List Euro models and their content is exclusive. Video quality was slightly below average the last time I was on it though.

Extremely thorough review. I love that she will read comments and talks to her fans as well as making her own costumes, but like you say it seems the technical side really lets the site down - and I couldn't cope with such sporadic updates. I think a site should give you a guaranteed number of updates per month at regular intervals so you know what to expect, though I appreciate that might be harder for a solo performer.

The video clips are (mostly) of the same sessions, not sure if the stills are vid-caps, they are much sharper and bigger than the video. There is one scene on video (where she get's fucked by a man, I forgot that in the review) which isn't in the still photo area, there may be others but I don't remember off-hand.
I'm a bit uncertain when it comes to technical aspects, but I worked out the MPEGs vary from 50-250kb per second, actually it's closer to 1/6 than 1/4 of the films. Most of the quicktime movies are 100-150 kpbs. They aren't that big and some of them are a bit grainy. There are two films that run to 13 minutes but most are well under 5 minutes.
There isn't a zip option for pictures, the thumbnails (probably about 80 pixels tall) are displayed in a long panel down the side while the image selected shows full side in the main part of the screen.
Updates look to be about every 3 or 4 weeks, but then I don't usually have continuous memberships, I download everything I can in one month and wait a year or so before coming back for more.

You are right, I did not comment on the quality, as I should have. The 960x540 videos @ 3.17 Mb/s bitrate is actually good. This is a much higher quality than you find on many sites. Heck, its a higher rate than some sites give to their 1280x720 vids. This makes the videos passable at 200% zoom for those like me on big monitors at hi res (2560x1600), but this still does not make up for being lied to about them being HD given the hefty price tag.
So, video quality is good, miss-advertised resolution is bad.
I should have also provided the following:
Videos from the sites in 960x540@3Mbs range from ~17-31 minutes in length and 400-700MB in size.
Seven of the twelve sites included 960x540 videos. Some many more than others.
I am just into vids, so no comment on pics which are average. 1280x853 / ~250kb

Not quite - earlier TeenDreams had maybe the best teen-solo-videos. And some of those early videos I have NOT found anywhere else - and they are still a part of my favorite archived-solo-videos.
I'm really NOT sure if they produce videos, at all - I think Drooler knows more about that.
But lately they seem to have much more non-exclusive videos - and I just miss the idea of getting some of those rather new teen-models thay have on photosets - on videos, too.
BUT if you never been there, it sure is worth a try - and if a video-freak - go back to some of the older stuff - the quality is ok there, too.

Im not quite sure what the poster means by no new videos. Every week we add 9 complete moivies (not clips but complete movies) At least 6 of them will be exclusive to TeenDreams, as we shoot many of the models ourselves (we have our own full time photographer) in addition to the many who work for TeenDreams supplying exclusive content to the site. (3 x Russian, 2 x Hungarian and 1 x American photographers)
The majority of the videos we add now are 2mbps HD movies.

If you factor in the whole network it's not a bad price for one month. That means more updates. Same quality as the above site, but different content and style. I haven't bothered to look at every video yet, but I think it's decent teen stuff. The girls are pretty nice.
Here's a rundown:
Babysitter Movies is the only hardcore site and it's shot in POV, 19 scenes.
Girls Left Alone features different girls doing solo - 27 scenes
Teen Lesbian Land is all lesbian scenes with 2 or more girls lezzing it out usually with toys - 53 scenes.
Teen Sleepover is more lesbian stuff, but they don't seem to be updating anymore - 10 scenes
So that's about what 130 vids. You can get more elsewhere but I haven't seen these videos anywhere else and it's all teen stuff. If you join for a year it comes out to less than $8 a month. That's seems fair, but I'd rather just grab everything for $25.

2. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "proper" photo shoots, but I think you mean are they meant to be photo shoots as opposed to just video screen captures or something of the sort. If that's how you mean it, then the answer is yes, they are proper photo shoots. Some of the photo shoots do accompany a video shoot, but they are still different, the photo shoot may be in the same location with the same outfit, but it is not just screen captures and often times something will be a little different like a different toy used or something. Other times there are photo shoots that do not have a video associated with it at all.
