Look at the comment I left for the site. Maybe a small consolation, but you're not the first to get hit in the face with the download limit.
If you look at the design of the site, it looks like it hasn't changed since they first went online. The days of 320x240 low bitrate clips with large watermarks and plain page layouts are just way past. All in all, they're just telling me that they don't care too much about repeat business.
