I took a discounted one month membership to try them out. My membership ends today. Long story short, for me, this site is on the high end of Needs Work. If they put some time into fixing the issues they have they'd probably leapfrog to Very Good, but based on their response to my one complaint, I have my doubts so I'll air the rest here. There's some good stuff here, but getting to it is sometimes more of a challenge than it should be.
--For lack of a better term, the site isn't stable. Often I would click on a link only to get a "404 Page Not Found" notice, then refresh or go back and click again and the page is there. This happens A LOT. I also found some download links unavailable one day and available the next.
--Download speeds are erratic and often very slow. A complaint regarding this was answered with a generic reply of "Net congestion, Do a speed test, buy faster internet, clear your cache, make sure your browser is up to date and try a different browser". All this even though my complaint spelled out that my download speed of similar content from other sites was more than acceptable. Basically I got a canned "It's not our problem" reply. Also related to downloads, I frequently had Failed Network Errors and downloads that ended well short of completion.
--There are a lot of what I would call "bad links". Click to download a video and there's no video file to download, just an HTML document. Years old complaints about the issue in the comments section tell me one of two things: There's no apparent plan to fix these issues or comments of this type are ignored. I also pointed this out in my complaint to them about download speeds and it wasn't even mentioned in their reply.
--Their Related Video Links at the bottom of the page are a joke. From what I could tell, no matter what video you were looking at, the related links seemed to rotate between the same dozen or so scenes from the last six months or so. If someone can legitimately explain the following example to me I'm all eyes: A scene from 2004 starring Nicole Sheridan titled Babe Double Penetrated has as related scenes 4 solo scenes of 3 Girl/Girl only performers and one Girl/Girl scene of 2 Girl/Girl only performers. Can anyone come up with a clear, concise explanation as to how those five scenes relate to a Boy/Boy/Girl Double Penetration scene? I have no problem with companies advertising other scenes on their site, just don't tell me you're suggesting something similar to what I just saw when it's something totally different. If it's not oranges to oranges, at least make it oranges to lemons and not oranges to turnips.
--In closing, I wouldn't recommend this site. It's riddled with technical issues and their customer service motto seems to be "It's not our problem." |
