Hey Thomas,
Just to clear things up while we are here, we don't recycle content on ClubSeventeen. The content we serve has not been served on the site ever before. It can indeed happen that we add content from our other sites but this is not our main business. We have been producing more and more exclusive content this year again to make the update 100% exclusive instead.
All in all we already offer a great deal of content often for a very low price. We are not in this business to scam people over. We produce porn online since 1996 (offline since 1975) and we've never scammed anyone. We would have been gone a long time ago already if we did ;)

Hello Rocz,
Sorry to hear about your experience. We take these things serious so let me try to explain to you what has happenend.
You got the offer of 3 sites for 1 price. This actually means that the login credentials you got work on all 3 sites.
What you are talking about are the JimSlip/Lara channels inside ClubSeventeen. These are part of the portal members get when they login to ClubSeventeen. You probably missed the big green button saying "continue to ClubSeventeen" and the checkbox underneath it which you can tick to never see that portal again. Many people enjoy this portal as we give additional sites for a low 1 time fee.
Also we have no other complaints about streams not working. Did you contact support about this?
Anyways, this all seems like a misunderstanding and you can actually login to all 3 sites. Perhaps we should make the communication a bit more clear that people have to login on all 3 sites separately.

The issue was resolved. The user was using download software which caused issues on his side.

Hello Monahan,
Downloading and accessing our site is fully legal and as stated we only have 18+ models on the site.
Of course I understand your concern (because of the name) but we can fully back any investigation with all the right paperwork (IDs/Licenses/Model Agreements etc) to any authority.
If you'd not like to receive any more emails from us you can just click the unsubsribe link in the mail and we will not send you anything anymore.

Hello Jook,
My name is Roald Riepen and I am the CEO of ClubSeventeen.com and the sites in our portfolio.
I am very sorry to read your about your bad experience with us. Let me try to explain what happenend. Last Friday we did an update on one of our servers to make it more secure for members (our visitors). Unfortunately this update resulted in new members not being to able to login.
We found out about this issue this morning and all is fixed now. Lesson we learned from this, don't update things on a Friday.
I would like to invite you to email me to my personal email (r.riepen@sansyl.com ) with your username and email used when you signed up so I can get you a full free month access to ClubSeventeen or if wanted any of the other sites in our network. I would also like to invite anybody else who had this same issue this weekend to provide me with their username and email addy used so we can make up for this.
Please note that we are in this business to provide a quality product and not to rip off anybody, we do this with a long term vision. Ripping of our potential customers is not what we consider long term.

PS the customer suppport issue was due to it being a weekend. We are looking into a proper solution for this by adding a support person who works in weekends too.
