Thanks for excellent feedback - I am overwhelmed on a daily basis with server attacks etc. also password sharers swamp the server - thats why your download speed died off - I have a programmer booked - but it's hard going for me on a tech level right now.
I enjoyed reading your comments - a few members have pointed out individual page problems and I've fixed some of them but the navigation issue is something to sit down to with the programmer!
Nothing is built simply in html, so it is kind of 'smart' but also kind of dumb too.

Yes - I'll change that after Anjela today - It'll take some work rescheduleing and photoshoping new covers/rethumbing etc.
I should have it sorted by thursday.
It's good feedback - I like members feedback because it helps me work out what to do for the best. They say 'what doesn't break you makes you stronger'.
Having said that your review actually killed most signups off from PU so it's actually become harder to afford the time to make the changes - I put double the effort into my other traffic sources because without them I won't survive.
My response here is out of courtesy to you as a member - it doesn't result in any gain for me.
Some members hit me straight up when they see faults/broken links/dumb things because they want to see the site get ahead but your review has simply killed the value of PU as an affiliate to me.
You are entitled to do that - it's the nature of the review site - and it was PU's choice to list my site - anyone can affiliate and rate the site in any way they choose - If my site doesn't come up good anther site will look better so it's no skin off the review sites nose!
And it's not anyones fault - just the nature of the beast.
I find it odd to read the ratings on some of the sites that I used to be a member of - famous sites I won't mention - that people go slackjawed over - but to be honest - when I looked at them I was hard put to see a girl that would make my cock hard - they were all so over-acted. My point is that if I gave famous site 'XYZ' anything less than 90+ nobody would believe me - it becomes kind of like 'the Emperors New Clothes'

I hope you're correct - last weekend i had 5 different password sharers cost me 4TB of Bandwidth and 4 hours of programming!!
Lucky there was no traffic from TBP because the queue to pillage my server was a block long!
For a site that gets lousy reviews there are plenty of guys gawking at the unique content - so I take courage from your supportive remarks.
Constructive criticisms are placed on the list of 'to dos' - some are easier to achieve than others but I believe that these will eventually guide me into building a great site - although traffic would make it a lot easier - LOL !
My first minion will be a good webmaster - you can bet on that!

I am listening to your comments Denner - and I appreciate that you understand what I am trying to achieve.
There is only one of me - I'm not successful enough yet to have full time professional help - so I deal with as much as I can in a day - 7 days a week.
I'm seeing that it's better to support 1 good site as well as I can than risk degrading more than 1 site by spreading myself too thin.
Legallyteen is older than fritzryan - and although I feel attachment I can see it's causing more problems than it solves - I thought I'd keep it up becase a few early affiliates have links to it but not to fritzryan.
I really didn't expect tbp or pu to hook up and promote it - so my apologies to you Denner but I'll go through all the passwords and make them live for fritzryan.
If you want a refund I'll do that if you too if you like.
And then I'll keep working on the issues that have been pointed out to me - the oral/hardcore releases and some other script stuff that I need my programmer to deal with.
I'd like a programmer sitting beside me sometimes - but unfortunately I have to book him 2 weeks ahead.
You would be a big help if you emailed me about specific navigation issues so I can raise them with my programmer - the site is built built from dhtml and php so it's not as simple to modify as html - which I can sometimes fool with myself.

Thanks - it's almost 24/7/365 days a year to get up and bug free. I'm looking forward to the day when I can afford a staff of 5 people like the big sites.

Thanks for your comments - yes - it is really simple - legallyteen was built before fritzryan - it is an older version.
I wouldn't have even listed these other sites on Thebestporn for that reason but the first I heard about it was when I noticed traffic in my stats. Nobody asked me about this prior.
I'm seriously planning to drop all sites except fritryan so I can devote my time to getting that one site as good as I can get it.
I left the marketing tools up on the cashsite because a couple of early affiliates still promote this site and I really wanted to try to give them some support - but I think now it's going to be better to simply pull the sites and keep only fritzryan.
If you want to swap your membership I'll give you a membership to fritzryan instead - just email me on fritzcash@gmail.com .

I take your point about the release of the oral - I'll tailor the future releases differently - I get really great feedback from members about the girls - it's really great to get helpful critcism because it helps me understand what I'm doing wrong and what isn't working - but it such a killer to simply get dumped on - there is no doubt that I'm making mistakes but I've been going for three months and I'm getting good support from some other sources - enough to move ahead and to get some steam up and I believe that will pull me through. Why don't you hit me up for a refund if the site is really so bad?

Yes - thanks for your feedback.
- I appreciate that you are genuine - so am I.
Most of my 'backend' as you see it now represents where I've come from and the new releases represent where I'm heading.
- I'm doing more hardcore but in all countries girls resist hardcore and the ones that do generally turn 'pro' overnight and shoot for every studio they can find.
- a prime example is SashaBlonde or Alisa - I shot both of these girls early, before they were even on Met-Art even but niether would do hardcore.
So while I was accumulating enough content to launch a site these girls and a dozen of the others became famous but it still leaves me at the 'back of the pack' so to speak.
I found the girls early on enough but I didn't have the 'muscle' to get lots of them and get my site up quicker.
- You'll like some of the new girls coming up like Krista and Jana - and there's Larisa and a new shoot of Lesia too.
- Also I can assure you that any girl shooting at all has already signed a release and produced ID for the shooter, even in Russia.
Girls who 'relent' are generally following a script and have developed a talent for it.
As soon as you deal with Russian amateurs you can see that the 'scripting' is the first thing to go out the window because of language difficuties.
- Support for the site from tbp has stopped altogether although it might start up if they publish an in-house review, but on the strength of your review sales have ceased, so people do read them!
But I will weather it all and I believe that i'll achieve my goal of producing a top class site of genuine and lovely girls doing solo/hardcore.
- Oh - also i've got to add that the only reason some of the unique girls (like Lesia) do shoot hardcore is that they've learned to trust me from doing the solo shoots. The dynamics of finding girls outside the 'studios' is fascinating and frustrating sometimes!
- Anyhow I hope you continue to enjoy the site

Yes - it's my bad luck that you hit the site the only time the cms has had a glitch since I started.
- I've held back from promoting the site as a 'hardcore' because I didn't want to misrepresent the content to members.
- New releases are increasing in hardcore.
- 'thebestporn' chose to list all the sites. I only intended them to offer webmasters a 'long' and 'short' sitefront to suit their traffic. Not every affiliate wants to promote a site that has big pages to load like fritzryan has.
- thats why all the members of all the sites get the full content. I didn't want to 'short-change' anyone.
- I'm thinking now of eiether dropping 3 of the sites or splitting the content.
- zip files are a good idea too. It will be a little while before I have the time to zip up the sets and ftp them to the server in their correct folders. I just lost a whole day dealing with the cms issue and some video player bugs with the DivX clips. Still it's on the 'to do' list as a good idea.
- I've tried to be really honest with surfers and not overstate the site or the content.
- It's interesting that you like the unique content (lesia etc). It takes me a huge effort to go and find these girls and then convince them to do hardcore. There are a lot of girls even in Russia who just do the revolving door of content producers.
- But I also get lots of supportive members who want me to move ahead and keep shooting and it gives me a buzz to get their feedback and help.
- Many good ideas and tips have come from early members. It feels like 'family' sometimes!
- But the 'caning' you gave the site in your review has had a result though.

- I do all the shooting POV and find all the girls too.
- I'm encountering little problems I have to fix and it can be slow for me without a whole support crew like the big sites.
- There is the same content accross the five sites because right now I didn't want to short change any members of one site. As I get more content the time will come to 'niche' the content differently.
- I make it clear on the cashsite to Webmasters and Affiliates that the content is the same right now. I really didn't imagine pushing all five sitefronts at the same time.
- It raises the possibility of eiether splitting the content sooner (a loss to members) or suspending 4 of the sites for 6 months (a potential loss to Webmasters)

Yes - the pics are not my highest skill
- but it's very true that I do all the work myself
- I shoot all the hardcore POV so there is no assistant and I manage the camera angles myself
- there was a glich in the software for the release dates so 1 complete update fell over but Amalynes hardcore is up on 31st
- it's been the first update failure since the site was completed in May
- it's a problem that I do nearly everything alone
- if I was well established instead of building my program I'd afford a full time programmer but these are the difficulties that I have to face up to a deal with
- some girls speak good english because they are English or Australian not all the girls are Russian
- very few girls come from agencies and in fact most of them I find myself even though the famous ones are known to other shooters and sites
- more hardcore is being released. A lot of the most recent is only now being released. The content you see now represents the 'learning curve' for an individual shooting porn.
If I'd simply bought content off a DVD and ripped it you'd see the same stuff on 20 other sites. But yes, it would be more hardcore than at present. It just wouldn't be unique.

Yes thanks Denner - the main site is fritzryan - I had intended awhile ago to offer niche content (teen babe hardcore natural) over the several sites but since I am creating all this alone the workload got too much.
It seemed better to make a clear statement to the webmasters that the content was the same for now.
This way nobody who joins any of the sites is getting less than everything.
But next year as I release more content and continue to shoot lovely teens then the opportunity will again be there to 'niche' the girls.
www.fritzryan.om will always be the main site but legallyteen was one of my favorites and it will always be in my 'stable'.
I had my programmer fix the navigation issue and I welcome members to comment on bugs - I like to get things nicer as I go along.
Glad you like the girls - the new videos due for release over the coming months show some really hot girls doing oral and hardcore - and all nw videos are 800x450 pixels from now on - and available in DivX as well.
Thanks for your support - after all - it's your membership that gives me the ability to keep on shooting!
