Hi Dracken,
Thanks for your post. Our site tries to cater to many kinds of foot fetish and a good number of leg fetishes as best we can. We use our member feedback on the site to give directions and suggestions to our team. We answer every email we get unlike most other sites. HLF has been mostly catering to different types of foot fetish but obviously focusing on the legs too. One doesn't live without the other :)
As for the footjob sets, yes all of these finish with a footjob scene. Don't worry. US users are paying the same as you. There's no discount at all. We take into consideration the average exchange rate between Euro/US. The payment processor do the actual conversions which comes to the same price in your local currency.

Hi nostromo, thanks for your review. We need to clarify a few things.
Videos 2006 and prior years didn't have HD quality because HD simply didn't exist. Not sure why this would be a negative. We're simply following the video technology as it evolves just like any other site. Back in 2001 when we launched the site, cameras were definitely not as good as today's. In 5 years from now, videos and pics will be even better quality. This will never stop. Its the way progress works :)
We always reply to all our emails within a few hours, at most 12-14 hours. Many many adult sites don't even bother to reply.
As far as pricing, we set the pricing in US and EU countries to be the same worth but since exchange rates change daily, there might be some very slight differences. Its much better doing this than charging an even higher euro pricing to everyone as DDF is based in Europe. The other issue is that our team works very hard to create our sets and they are very expensive to produce. DDF barely breaks even. You can quote me on this. Ask Denys yourself. We are doing our sites because we are just as passionate as you are.

Thanks for your question. HLF has been around since 2001 and our goal from the beginning has been to offer as much variety as possible. We have longtime members who have been members for years and won't go anywhere else. We are as passionate about legs and feet as you are. In 2009 we are adding new studios in the south of France in addition to our existing studios. It will be another great year coming up for HLF.

This is our last email on this subject. Denys didn't have an easy decision to make but either we had everybody paying $29.95 Euro (over $44US/month) or we had US users pay $29.95US and Euro users pay $24.95 Euro which is normal since Europeans live in Euro dollars. If you country doesn't yet work in Euro there's nothing we can do about that.
Think about it, if the US dollar was worth 1.6 Euro, you would surely be paying $29.95 Euro or more. You lucky its not the other way around. Thank Mr. Bush for all this nonsense. It has hothing to do with us.

Hi, I guess you didn't read my messages. We're all very lucky the price isn't $29.95 Euro everywhere (even in the US). Denys is pulling all the strings to be able to offer US pricing for US users. Instead of complaining, look at the other side of the coin. We didn't decide these pricing changes. Mr. Bush did when he screwed up the US dollar.

Exactly. In Europe, users earn their revenues in Euro. In the US, people earn their revenues in US dollars. So European are paying $24.95 Euro and in US there paying $29.95US.
Denys could have simply said its $24.95 Euro everywhere but decided not too because it would hurt the US users too much. The Euro value is 1.6 compared to US dollar. All these problems are because of Mr. Bush. Denys is making ZERO profit these days because of the loss of the US dollar. We are all very lucky Denys is still willing to create new sets for all of us. Even models now are requesting to be all paid in Euro dollars (they used to be paid in US dollars). So before complaining about rate exchanges, you should understand our situation and what we have to deal with. We're simply doing our best to provide the best rate for all users, no more. no less.

Hi, nothing has changed on the site. Its still $29.95US for North American users and $24.95 Euro for Euro users. In europe, its all in euro so we're not sure what the problem is. Euro users pay less than US since they are paid in euro. This is why we adjusted the US pricing for US users. We're just following the market price and ensuring the users gets the best for the money for US and European markets. We don't control pricing. Maybe we should all thank Mr. Bush for his wonderful loss of US value for the last 3 years.

Hi, the download speeds are fixed. We had a big holiday rush and our special membership rate drove up the signups more than we expected. We added new servers and auto-routing for hop changes.
We also do routing changes based on individual members if need be. We're probably the only site that does this anywhere. Now that's service ;)

Thanks for the additional comments. The way HLF works is that we publish a solo, casting, girl/girl and footjob/threesome set every week for a total of 7 days/week of updates (pics and videos). We started the site in 2001 and we had more solo's back then but in 2004 we started using a new formula so every kind of set would be balanced and shown every week. We now have a large selection of hardcore sets. We could always show more and more girl/girl's too.
We listen to all our member feedbacks and the pulse we get from all the emails is that members still love solo's, girl/girl and hardcore sets so we try as best we can to follow our member's desires. HLF was never designed to be a soft-core only site and we will always have hardcore sets :)

We are always looking to enhance the site to please our new and longtime members. Video quality got better and better as advancements in technology allowed us to create higher quality videos. High resolution video was introduced in 2005 and HDV is just now becoming popular. It didn't exist in the early days and older computers would not have been able to play them ;)
