I'm only referring to my own experiences with this company.
I wrote many e-mails to the support to try to fix the wrong membership and the last reply was that the webmaster will get in touch with you to fix this.
Since this reply I have received no e-mail from the webmaster. When I tried to cancel the subscription, the online cancellation option did not work. I tried several times to cancel and nothing happened.

A new site with small content should be at an attractively low introductory price. For $29.95, I can join a site with 20 times the content, or even 50 times for an old established one. Considering the small amount of content, updates at twice a month just isn't enough.
