I finally got a response! Thanks - much better late than never.
I've got to say, though, that it appears that all of the "new" content is recycled. The archives keep getting to be shorter and one of the hottest sets posted this month, "Pipedream", which was posted 8/09/07, has a customer comment from 2/28/07.
Shakta, could you give some feedback on how much, if any, of Mya's site is made up of new content these days and how much is recycled?

So here's a big surprise! Even after all of this, I send an e-mail to the address specified by shakta above with the subject "Re: Problems Logging in to Mya Diamond's Site - Attn: Shakta!!" and I get no response!!!!!!
Is it any wonder that I keep saying that the people running these sites are the absolute worst on the 'net! It's absolutely vile!

You reply to every single support ticket that you receive? I sent several e-mails to the e-mail address that you just gave me and have never received ANY response - including since I've been posting here about this issue - and here's what I received from your Billing Support people:

You just pop up and don't reply to why you have completely ripped me off and refused to respond to any communication from me about access to your site - at your "Live Support", at your e-mail "support", at your forum, through your Billing Support and even here!!

NOW YOU RESPOND! I HAD NO ACCESS TO MYA'S SITE FOR WEEKS - TRIED TO CONTACT SOMEONE VIA LIVE SUPPORT MULTIPLE TIMES - NO RESPONSE! POSTED AT THE FORUMS MULTIPLE TIMES TO TRY TO GET A RESPONSE - GOT NONE! TRIED TO CONTACT SOMEONE VIA E-MAIL MULTIPLE TIMES - NO RESPONSE! TRIED TO CONTACT YOU VIA THE BILLING SUPPORT - THEY COULDN'T GET YOU TO RESPOND!
I only got a response after I cancelled my membership and then it was a canned offer to re-join at a higher price! I hate you people!
You are the absolute worst webmasters I have experienced in my freaking life, I swear!

Thank you Shakta, one of those members that was downloading more was me, sorry about that. I was just trying to get the July content since I have everything before July stored on a hard drive. After reading your post, I finished July and disconnected. I'm not worried about the credit for the time it was down. I have a multi-month membership, so I have plenty of time to catch up anything I missed. And thank you for responding.

I've been patiently trying to sign up for the past 2 weeks at the TBP discount rate, but the same problem as I already described keeps happening.
Tried it in Firefox instead of IE7, and when I clicked to join (after entering a UN, PWD and my email), Firefox told me this:
"The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."
But my Firefox is set to accept all cookies.
WHEN is this problem FINALLY going to be taken care of? Doesn't ANYONE check to make sure it has? Besides ME?
