In my case it has nothing to do with "original" or VB3. The quality simply isn't there anymore. Upgrade the studios on your regular site to include the good ones you once had. VB should know alot of its customers, judging by the comments, are disenchanted. I'm out at the end of the current subscription.

Thanks for the reply. I found the URL for the old style User Interface and I'm glad it still exist.
When I was talking about previews, I meant photo previews, those are smaller with the new UI. I like video previews to determine if I will join a site. But after joining, its much easier and faster to rely on photo previews.
The URL for the old interface, in case someone wants it, is:

I suggest you put a link on the new interface to the old interface, or maybe its there already and I didn't see it. But otherwise people won't know the old interface still exist.

No impression. I was a member for a few months. I saw them with my own eyes. i read the angst of your members. I laughed and cried with them. Many of this site's videos remind me of the old bargain bins in the adult stores. I've said it before---I'd rather you raise your price to $30 and bring in quality videos.

There's an old business adage - decide what you want to be and be the best at it - When you try to cater to everyone you dilute the customer base that made you successful in the first place. I'm sure you know how it affects your bottom line better than I do, but be aware that there are people who want a certain type of content, and they'd rather join a site where they know that the updates will be something that interests them. I cancelled my membership after a week where there were maybe 3 scenes that interested me.
I didn't trash your site. You have a lot of good content. But if only 1/3 of the content is of interest to any given individual, then its certainly worthy of note.

Hi Mike,
I used ccbill which cancelled my subscription but would not refund me or give me a direct contact address to the site administrators. This was just a few days (maybe 3) after I subscribed.
However, my attempts to get in touch with the site administrators was unanswered for the entire month. (I used the contact form at the bottom of the videobox web page.) Has this also been fixed ?
