I am too lazy to do another full review, but this should be suffice. VideoBox was once a great site and in ways still is, but I havent joined in years and this is the first time Ive joined them in over 5 years. I looked at the previews and non-members page and it says they offer alot of movies from certain studios, but when you actually join, they only have a small fraction of what they claim. Not sure if they once had alot of these movies up and deleted them and never updated the page, or if they are flat out lying. Whether its laziness or dishonesty, its still false advertising. Do not simply go by what it shows on their previews, because alot of it is lies.
I will say that its probably a little of both. I know they deleted a bunch of stuff they used to have. I get copyright stuff can cause this, but it still drags the site down. It honestly seems like there is just as much content on this site now as there was 10 years ago....as opposed to 10 years more content, because they have deleted so much. They deleted some stuff and reposted it again as newer, which I hate. Very shady.
Bottom line, this is still not a bad site, I guess, and its a solid price, but like many of these porn sites today, VideoBox isnt even remotely close to what it used to be.

Bottom Line:
I remember a co-worker having a Videobox membership back around 2010 and he had an iPhone he watched it on. I was so blown away by the technology that I guess my brain decided not to remember the simple name of Videobox. I even vividly remember thinking it was FurryBox. It seems my own fetishes took over my vocabularic reasoning ability.
But here I am, 15 years late and though the blown away feeling is more like tipped over, it’s still a site I can say I am happy to be a member of. One of the pros that I don’t think was very clear to me until now is the number of DVDs. When I am a member of a porn site, I regularly call each individual video a DVD or a movie. Doing that on Videobox, sells their vast collection way short. It really does have over 15,000 DVDs. But if you’re too young to remember DVDs, that number is representative of the full DVD. There are 4-6 scenes on each of those DVDs. I can only imagine how overwhelmed I would have been as a member back in 2010.
Navigating Videobox is relatively easy. I have favorite porn studios and can search through their 500+ studios. You can scan through the long list and pages of studio names or you can alphabetically search through the studios. I don’t have the time or patience to go through and see just how accurate the studio listings are, but I will say the advertised numbers look right. You also can search through the 13,000 female models and can do that by scrolling through all those models, each with a thumbnail of the model or alphabetically. Furthermore, you can select from the nearly 100 niches/categories. I am sure there are some mistakes in their numbers and in accuracy, but I would be more worried if they were 100% right.
I found searching directly for a specific model to be the best way for me to find scenes I’m interested in and I use Down Them All successfully on Videobox. I do think a site like this one adds a very high probability of causing the user to download more scenes than they will ever watch. It is happening to me. Using this “model” name way of searching has shown me at least a few inaccuracies Videobox likely can’t fix. They have multiple versions of certain scenes. This is from a studio licensing a scene to another studio and the other studio changes the name of the scene to match whatever DVD they release the scene on. If only it was as simple as the same scene being released with 2 different names. It’s not that simple. Sometimes, one of the scenes will be let’s say 23 minutes and 18 seconds. What is the same scene with a different name may be 36 minutes and 12 seconds. You get firsthand experience in understanding video editing when that happens.
The video quality has to be one of the most important parts of a site like this one. I have found hundreds of scenes in HD quality that I’ve downloaded, but that’s not to say there’s not some poor video quality scenes. I have a couple that are under 360p. My thinking is it’s probably a bigger deal to remove those from the site than it is to just leave them.
I am very happy to have found this site and do believe content has been removed and possibly recycled, but since it was my first time as a member, I didn’t have anything to go by or draw a baseline. For the cheap price, you will have a hard time finding this much porn and they have made the site easy enough to use that it’s fun being a member of it.
This used to be a great site with plenty of movies for a decent price. But, as the industry changed, VB got left behind. This site used to offer videos that were only a few years old, for cheap. It was like the neighborhood $1` theatre for porn. No more. Now it only offers those type of videos if you pay an additional fee for various "channels" from other websites. This can get super expensive very quickly. And those channels are only offering select older films from their websites. Its good advertising for them, not much of a deal for you.
The movies that come with the basic subscription on VB now are mostly the type of movies offered as a free bonus on other websites. Plus they don't even have most of these older films. Some of the older porn stars from the early aughts- I find more of their videos on the free bonus section of other websites than on VB. That's probably because VB is holding them back their videos as they recycle the same old movies to make it seem like they are obtaining and releasing new material.
Save your money, VB is now mostly a ripoff. So sad, because it was once, great.

The short version... I have a "cancel" email from VideoBox dated 1/17/17. I have not accessed this site since that date. Two weeks ago VideoBox contacted me to say that I no longer have access to that site because the credit card is no longer valid.
Isn't that a hoot. They have billed me almost $400.00 since they sent me the cancel email in 2017.
Of course they are not answering the phone or my emails. In the meantime the bank says they can only refund the last 3 months.

- Download speeds are good (75-80% of my max).
- If you like their add-on channels, you can wait until the last few days of your Videobox membership and add the channels at a prorated price. Will go into that in the BL too.
- 5 new DVDs, 15-20 scenes per day.
Cons:
- You ever thought about walking into a massive store with bargain bin porn DVDs? There are a lot of those here.
- Their marketing interest in releasing 5 DVDs per day has led to a lot of overlapping scenes. There is one scene of Eva Angelina that is on there 4 times from 4 different DVDs.
- The channel add-ons are not updating as much as they were(some aren't at all) in the past and they range from $15 to $35 each if you add them at the beginning of your membership.
Bottom Line:
I really didn't think I would ever join Videobox again. I had the majority of DVD scenes I wanted and since I no longer collect many specific models, it just didn't seem like a site I would be back to.
A long time ago, I saw a scene of Eva Lawrence (spelling could be way off, I have seen it 3 different ways). It is a "handjob" scene but she sits on the guy's stomach and does the earliest variation of the cameltoe slide I remember seeing. I did not have it in my collection. I had seen it on a tube site with the title "The Big Tease #2". I looked on Google and Videobox not only has The Big Tease #2 but also #1 and The Big Tease #4. Every scene on these DVDs has a tease of the cameltoe slide or similar. Each DVD has 8 scenes, that is 24 scenes of a niche I haven't had much success finding. Those alone at 50 cents each easily make a join worth $12.
Once inside, they have another DVD series called, "Stroke, Suck and Tease" and it features similar teases I have been looking for. They have 10 DVDs from that series and those have 10 scenes on each DVD. That's 124 scenes when combining the first ones equaling less than 10 cents a scene. I was looking in the similar/recommended scenes and they had 3 DVDs in the CFNM Partying series. These are extremely rare. One of those features one of Europe's prettiest models ever in Aleska Diamond, dressed, teasing, giving a handjob and sex with her clothes still on. It's true, Aleska now has implants and they are shown in this scene but it is still rare content. I almost wonder if the scenes on these are unused or licensed content from Fully Clothed Sex.
I ended up downloading 429 scenes total. So much for not having a reason to come back, right?
The navigation is still hit or miss. Some models aren't tagged in their scenes. Some are wrongly tagged.
What is standing out to me is a lot of these scenes are 5-10 years old or more. It was before studio porn became an assembly line of scenes with little variance. I also did the Vivid and Evil Angel channels in the last 3 days of the membership. Those were $1.50 each to add thanks to the prorating. They had a few Vivid scenes I haven't been able to find on Vivid's own site.
It is making Videobox more than just a DVD site. This is where those scenes are that you forgot about. A new porn user could easily download multiple Terabytes of scenes.
It is the niches that brought me back. I have no idea how they can come up with 97 niches but they have and it is also something that is lost in newer studio porn. The sites these days are set on giving their scenes a theme and every scene they make follows that theme. Here, you can find a much bigger variety.
It is worth mentioning the nearly 3,000 HD DVDs for those interested in newer content.
Could it be possible that the porn industry's current interest in releasing the same type of scenes day after day could be a way to strengthen a site like Videobox that was previously dropping off? What I mean by that is like the XEmpire Network where HardX, DarkX, EroticaX and LesbianX are so set in sticking to their title their scenes become clinical feeling.
I just randomly picked a studio for that example but it is how many sites/networks are becoming. Here on Videobox you can have 195 scenes of enema action (sorry, had to), 109 scenes of Mardi Gras, 1,277 of Older Men with Younger Women, 268 in prison (can't make this up), 1,015 public scenes, 259 of strippers, even 82 of midgets, 104 of twins, and the more standard porn niches like 63,000+ scenes with oral, 30,000+ of anal, even 393 of double anal and 7,000+ of DPs.
To one extent maybe I am being a little mocking but when the quality of current porn sites using cookie cutter porn reaches the level it has, Videobox is a much better value.
I will go back to my first con. If we could go into a store with stacks and stacks of bargain bin porn we would all be able to find something that interested us. Especially if they have 97 different niches in those DVDs. The newer DVDs do seem to be of "higher quality" with HD options in the download section but I watched a few of those and the only improvement I see is in the technical quality. If you're like me you will also see a lot of models you forgot about. A few for me include: Mason Storm (60 scenes), Cherokee (140 scenes) and Gauge (26 scenes).
It doesn't surprise me that I had a complete flip on my feelings towards Videobox. I always preferred the early 2000s Vivid scenes when looking at DVDs. It just seems it is now happening with all studios. The models were more into their scenes in 2005-2010 than they are in 2019. There is very little competition for Videobox. I can't let 25% lower technical quality hurt 50% better produced and performed scenes.

- More genres than they realize they have. I believe the only thing you won't find here is gay male porn.

- The search is back to being broken but not really broken, it's just they now include all their scenes from their add-on channels in your search results.
- I used to not think too much of this but it's becoming a big problem now ... way too many repeat scenes.
- If a person joined all the add-on channels Videobox has they would have upwards of $200 invested in a one month membership.
Bottom Line:
I thought the last time I reviewed Videobox would be the last time but at least one model has caught my attention who I've been collecting scenes of and VB has a large amount of scenes of her. It's also the easiest place to add to your niche interests like handjobs and some CFNM too.
What do you get for updating your porn site with 5 DVDs per day for years? A mess. Videobox currently shows 19,748 DVDs and that's 106,244 scenes. The dilemma you'll find yourself in is there's no doubt you can find something you'll like or maybe even a lot that you like but you will spend a whole lot of time trying to find it all and a lot of frustration.
My current example: I once saw a CFNM scene that featured this unnamed model, the other 2 models were named in it but this other one played the role of the sweet, shy, innocent girl who just watched. I thought she looked familiar but I don't join a lot of sites with the newest models on them. I then found out she's Dillon Harper who is one of the most popular models in porn. Anyway, I looked around for content of her and Videobox says it has 48 scenes of her.
So, I joined a few weeks ago and sure enough, they have 48 scenes of her. That is if you have Videobox, their PornPros add-on channel ($15), their Reality Kings add-on channel (which is where I first saw her), their Evil Angel add-on channel ($15). It might not seem like that bad since you would think those individual studios would maybe only have 2-4 scenes max but here's how it breaks down:
PornPros Channel has 14 of her. Evil Angel Channel has 9 of her. Reality Kings Channel which cannot be joined any longer has 3 of her. Elegant Angel has 1.
So, of those 48 scenes, only 21 are available with a Videobox membership. It gets worse. Of those 21, 3 are the exact same scene listed as Natural Tits #23 scene 8, Don't Get Mad, I Fucked Your Dad #1 scene 2 and Young Freaks #3 scene 2. So, I'm down to 19 new scenes. There's two others that look like they've been doubled.
Meaning I went in thinking I was going to get 48 scenes of Dillon Harper but only got 15-16. As much as I want to keep complaining about this that's still a decent amount for the price but more so than that, it was so time-consuming and frustrating to sort through the scenes that weren't included with membership.
Videobox has and always has had every chance to be a dominant force in porn but the add-on channels are now dying off and they're still asking full price for them. I mean really, $35 a month for a Kink channel? You can join the Kink network for half of that and sometimes for a 1/3 of that and have access to thousands of more Kink scenes. It's not that I'm that bothered by the add-on channels as it is that their scenes are now mixed in the search results. Those add-ons have lowered the navigation of a site that already struggled in navigation.
There are positives including the amount of HD DVDs. They're showing having around 5,500 HD DVDs, that's almost 30,000 HD scenes ... but, those damned add-on channels content are included in those numbers.
I have been frustrated by their insistence to cater to their mainstream porn audience and that's still a problem. They added 10 "handjob" DVDs in 2017 but 4 of those are cumshot compilations that just happen to have handjobs in them. So, they averaged a handjob DVD per 2 months. The same 2 months that saw a total of 300 DVDs added. I think it all shows contentment on their behalf. Videosz made a run at them but they're now struggling and Videobox just sits there with their manipulated numbers to make them look even bigger than they are. Which is something they don't even need to do.
Despite all this negative and frustration, if you know who you're looking for, you can still get more content of them here than almost anywhere else. Here's a few examples:
Tanner Mayes 56 scenes, Alexis Texas 189 scenes, Sophie Dee 164 scenes, Bree Olson 59 scenes, Tori Black 113 scenes, Naomi Russell 134 scenes, Sunny Lane 49 scenes, and Nautica Thorn 165 scenes.
I used those because those are ones I had either deleted or lost and needed to get back. That's a lot of porn. But nearly each one had Evil Angel scenes in their scenes and if you're into the newer models most have Porn Pros Channel scenes in their scenes.
I even found a model who I haven't seen hardly no content of Priva, a Thai model and they have 19 scenes of her but 2 are Evil Angel, which is where I think I first saw her.
What I think is sad is that I can sit here and see all this potential but I know Videobox has been around for nearly 20 years and I have to think if they've not reached their potential after that long, they're not likely going to. I think it would take shutting the site down for a few months and doing major clean-ups to make a positive change even possible. As it is, I join it and have a list ready of who I'm looking for. Still recommended but only for those with patience and who are new to porn.
As of July 9th 2016 there have been no updates to the Vivid "channel" so if you have joined this channel before this date then save your money. After rejoining this site I am really disappointed. The quality of the new videos is really poor, save your money and join the official sites of their channels and get the top notch videos you want instead of the out of sync audio and low quality "HD" stuff they offer.

+There is not a lot of third party advertising which means they can dedicated the bulk of the screen to their own content.
Cons:
-The site's huge library is not actually availble to all members because you need to buy seven seperate upsell channels/studios to get the full access.
-They still don't have all the library of their biggest studios.
-The scenes/movies have a multiple of tags attached to them but they aren't always accurate and that means you have to be careful when looking for specific sex acts.
-I found that there is often an issue with the donwloaded videos where the soundtrack the video don't macth and there is a significant off-set which is quite distracting if not annoying.
-They suffer the same problem as similar sites in that many of the newer updates aren't very good or is simply content taken from various websites.
-The music in many of the older videos is often quite loud and distracts from the action.
Bottom Line:
*This is an easy site to review because it's next to impossible to not satisfy someone simply because they have so much content to choose from that you have to be so picky not to find a modicum of decent porn to download. I didn't see much that is all that different from the last time I reviewed the site other than to notice that even more studios have died since then. That's bad news for a site like VB because it's another source of content no longer available and that also measn they have to look elsehere to be able to upload so many new videos each month.
*This brings us to one of my cons. Seeing as their sources of content are drying up than I expected them to maybe start searching for content from their existing studios. Many of their biggest studios have incomplete libraries of content and looking fill up those libraries would be agreat way to add videos that many people have never seen or haven't seen in a long time.
*I really wish they would have a simpler system of membership because as it stands I can't emphasize how much I find their current system to be annoying. Chargecustomers more money and give me full access or don't show the customers all the movies they can't see unless they upsell. For that reason the site loses some points. The upsells are a little stiff when you have already dished out for a monthly membership.
*For all of my negative opinions. I can't help but feel that everyone should join VB at least once to see just how much amazing porn the industry has produced in the last decade and more. I'd even recommend that people buy some of the upsells but only once they have perused the content you will get for your investment.

This is a large site anyone that has been a member knows this is not just large but the largest possible site of porn on the planet. That said it can be like finding a needle in a hay stack, I found like most porn sites the search engine is just ok and not intuitive. However its near impossible to expect 100% perfect from a site this huge. Imagine sitting at the superbowl with 40,000 screaming fans and you want to find a man with red pokadotted underwear. - Five full DVD updates per day.
- Their definition of HD includes anything 720p or higher resolution. Based on it, roughly 25% of their DVDs are HD quality.
- What tags they have are actually pretty good
- Premium channels are the big draw for me. Will detail them below in bottom line.
- If you like late 90s, early 2000s porn, a Videobox membership combined with the Vivid channel is probably the best buy in porn.
- Download speeds can vary, but are usually consistent. The variances happen at certain times each day and sometimes it's actually faster, other times way slower.
- My download manager works well (free download manager), but I limit how many files it downloads to 20 at a time so not to risk download links timing-out.
- A generally easy to use site, easy to cancel, unless you do something I do, then canceling can be frustrating. Explanation in bottom line.

- Video quality is inconsistent. They'll have a "HD" scene that is 720p with a 1,500 bitrate. While also calling a 720p scene with an 8,000 bitrate "HD". I could just call this being sloppy and careless since it's what it is.
- Pricing is good unless you want the premium channels and join them early in your Videobox membership. See bottom line.
- Loads of newly added DVDs that are full of scenes already on the site under different names. Gives the impression of recycling content, but I think they're just ... sloppy and careless. I have one Eva Angelina scene, four different times and none are the same length. I don't even know who to blame for those, the producers milking a scene or Videobox bloating their numbers.
Bottom Line:
This was at one time one of my favorite sites. I still think it's an excellent site for new members and for those who like that late 90s, early 2000s era porn. Their newer DVDs are good, but the majority fall into the cookie-cutter porn genre, seen one you've seen them all type of porn. That's where the premium channels come in. These are the premium channels with their prices if you add them on the first day of your Videobox subscription: Evil Angel $15 - You can get a full subscription to Evil Angel for the same price using the PU discount, it's a much better deal. Reality Kings $15 - Roughly the same price as you can get from PU, and it's a better deal than the add-on channel.
Kink $35 - Pretty unique channel, it's sort of a best of or compilation of Kink's various sites, it's a great addition, but I hold off until the prorated price brings the cost below $10.
Soft On Demand $35 - Typical Japanese site with mostly censored/blurred pubic areas. It's okay, join it for the last week of your VB subscription if you're interested in Japanese porn. Elegant Angel $15 - It's a good deal if you like Elegant Angel, but I've never joined it.
Club Tranny $15 - Maybe a good buy for those interested in this genre. Vivid $15 - Great add-on, to my knowledge it's the biggest collection of downloadable Vivid DVDs on the internet. Vivid's site didn't have downloads when I was last a member on it (about 9 months ago), so this is a really good deal if you like Vivid.
I admit, I'm a cheapskate when it comes to Videobox. I wait until half of my Videobox subscription is over then join Vivid. This gives you a prorated price of $7.50. I then join Kink when there's less than a week left on my Videobox subscription which gets the price below $10. This is the problem with this method:
If you cancel your main Videobox subscription then decide to add say Vivid or Kink or both or any of the other add-on channels, it reopens your Videobox subscription. Or better said, it cancels out your cancellation of Videobox. It goes like this: Videobox canceled on 11/22/2015, membership lasts until 12/3/2015. Vivid channel added on 11/29/2015 Videobox renews on 12/3/2015.
I would be complaining more about that, but I don't think it's an attempt to rip-off customers as much as it is ... sloppy and careless. You just have to go back and cancel Videobox each time you add a new channel if added after your initial cancellation.
Overall, Videobox has little to offer me anymore except being the gateway to those premium channels. For a new member, I think it's a great place to start your porn collection. The quality can vary greatly even if it says a scene is HD, you really don't know what the quality is until you download it. You can kind of guess by looking at file size, but they don't list bitrates on any of their scenes.
The search engine has become all but useless. Even going directly to your favorite stars pages can be misleading. I've thought I'd downloaded every scene for a model only to see 2-3 scenes listed in the recommended scenes that aren't listed with the model. The premium channels cause a problem here too since the search results will give you results all across Videobox and all their premium channels. This is one that has bothered me for years. If you search "Taylor Hayes", a late 90s, early 2000s superstar model, she will be listed in dozens of scenes, but most are on the Vivid channel.
They do offer a package of 5 premium channels for an extra $50 a month, which is certainly cheaper than their current rates on those channels, but it's still pretty costly.
Downloading from the site is no longer as easy as it used to be. I use free download manager. With it, I can click and drag a link into it. Each time I do it on Videobox it says, "Select preference". I hate to be an ass, but didn't I select my preference when I clicked the format I wanted to drag to my download manager?
While Videobox is still one of the better values in porn, it's also becoming one of the more frustrating and annoying sites in porn as well. There's also the problem with videos playing while you're trying to load your download manager and you rarely have taken the time to mute those videos so expect everyone in your house to wonder who's having sex.
You could do far worse than Videobox, but it's time for Videobox to give up its crown as the best porn DVD site. I also have a membership to Videosz and will review it soon. Videobox might be depending too much on their premium channels to deliver non-mainstream porn.
I joined for one main reason. I couldn't find my Videobox external hard drive following a move. I downloaded my favorite scenes, most of which were on Vivid and added a 100 GB or so of Kink content. My current Videobox folder is smaller than those and it's why I rated it 80. If you're new to VB then add 10 points to the score. Recommended for new members and those who have lost their favorite scenes.

1) There is a lot of variety but much of it is multiple copies of the same material. I have found four copies of the same scenes.
2) Nostalgia is nice but having your favorite models in true HD is not gonna happen here.
3) The updates are lackluster and often "re-updates" making it look like their are adding new material when they are actually rehashing old material.
4) They removed all of the good quality WMV files. What is better a crystal clear 3GB WMV or a 95MB Mp4? It does not take a rocket scientist to answer this question. This is my biggest gripe removing HD scenes but not replacing them with similar quality.
5) You get a better deal from the Premium channel providers than going through VB.
Bottom Line:
The bottom line is this. If you want variety to tickle your funny bone then this site might be for you. But I highly suggest passing up this site until they make some major changes. This used to be the greatest website hands down. But they have fallen far and hard. I do not personally suggest this site to anyone.

I would no longer recommend this site to most users. I am a long time off and on member for at least 6 years (I know because I have files that I downloaded from them dated 2009), and I've finally decided to call it quits on this site.
I rejoined yesterday to download a few new scenes they added over the past year, but was surprised how exactly they changed. They now no longer offer high resolution downloads on around 99% of their catalog. Previously they offered between 4 and 5 different formats. Although a few years ago they added typically 1 HD resolution DVD every couple of days, their highest resolution was in WMV for 99% of the videos. At anywhere from 2500-4000 kbps bitrate this was very good quality. Now the highest they offer is an MP4 that is around 1100 bitrate. For those not savvy on video quality, just to put it simply, the downloads look no better than you can find for free on many tube sites.
Coupled with the numerous duplicate scenes, erroneously encoded files that show up pixelated once downloaded, and a lack of new content due the changing industry. Videobox just seems out of touch with the demands of its customers.
Here are my ideas that might improve them:
-They should stop offering 5 DVDs per day if many are going to be duplicates.
-They need to find more exclusive content. I'm sure there are studios that are sitting on 4-6 year old content that they are willing to lease or sell to VB... especially in the foreign markets (Europe, Russia, Japan, Brazil).
-There are many American studios that have thousands of DVDs in their catalog but aren't making new videos in 2015, or may have a website that has not been updated in over 6 months with a new scene. Just a few examples off the top of my head: RedlightDistrict, Anabolic, and Vouyer Media. They should try and get some more of that.
-In 2015 ALL of their content, NEW OR OLD should be available in HD or at least DVD quality (3000+ bitrate). They seem to be heavily promoting things like the Roku... but do they seriously think people are watching that subpar video quality on their HDTV?
EDIT: I want to add this to the review since I didn't make it clear initially. The changes affect the streaming quality also, not just download quality. See comment section below.
They do a few things right such as the easy organization of the website to find what you are looking for, but the download quality and lack of new content not readily available elsewhere no longer makes this site a good value.

Some of the 5 DVDs a day updates are fairly bland, and old, but hey, look at the other 15999 titles and find something you like!
One cross checked site on joining but it is very obvious and easy to deselect.

I've been a Videobox member on and off for the last 5 years and just renewed after being a member last year. I nearly joined their biggest competitor this time, but stuck with Videobox because they have been near perfect for me.
They have an amazing variety of porn niches on the main site and I think most everyone will find stuff there that they like.
VB recently heralded in their latest and greatest new website, with new format, colors, search function, etc. Now their viewers can easily find their blurry, dated postings, along with all the compilations and reposts. Too bad they didn't spend that money on quality vids. Videosz has surpassed them by a mile, and you can see pretty much the same fare that VB shows for a fee on any of the free tube sites. Can't help but wonder why The Best Porn continues to rate them so highly.

My interaction with their customer service has been very good.
They have a great set of tools for providing user feedback to videos.
Searching the site is very easy and frankly very powerful.
There are dozens of niches to choose from and as mentioned above these scenes are easy to find and watch.
Cons:
New additions to the site are more likely to be poor quality.
This site has many studios and tries very hard to provide protection against piracy and while VideoBox tries to provide downloadable scenes WITHOUT watermarks which is a plus, it has resorted to posting scenes which have been rendered unwatchable with pixelation added at random (a common thing nowadays) and audio that does not sync properly with video.
Bottom Line:
I wish I could endorse this site with a hardy hella awesome site. Sadly, today that is not the case. I think most people who watch good porn and are willing to pay for 12 months up front will find this site to be a great deal. But only because of years and years of archives of porn that is accessible, most of which is standard definition at best. If HD porn that has the all the trimmings is your thing please look elsewhere.
Dupe scenes have always been a fact of life with Videobox - with so much licenced repackaged stuff being posted, it's going to happen a lot, and it does. But when Videobox is posting Pornstar Power 2 on 12/11/14, and then posting Getting Slammed #2 on 12/12/14 - a DVD that dupes 2 scenes for the Pornstar Power DVD - that's just laziness on the level of "urp - I posted my DVD's of the day - time for a beer".

Some recent thoughts on VB so you dont have to endure another VB review from me
The last time I had a VB membership I swore it was THE last time. I preferred the quality of niche sites over the all-you-can-eat-buffet approach offered at VB. But after 18 months without being a member there I opted to rejoin and see if anything had changed. I think they have (a bit) for the better.
The biggest difference now is that of the five daily updates two of them are in HD where before only one update per day was HD. You need to keep in mind that this is VBs idea of HD and they use the term differently from others. The VB HD videos are 1280x720 and usually around 3500kb/s. That isn't bad, and I suppose it does meet the literal definition of HD but it isn't up to industry standards. Still, they have doubled the HD upload which means there is less SD uploaded. The SD stuff is 656x480 and 1200kb/s. That a standard not widely used for many years at niche sites but its important to note that VB has always been more about quantity than quality.
The bad news is that VB still relies heavily on repackaged compilations. Some scenes may appear on the site several times. Ive seen the same scene uploaded twice in a few days on different DVDs. Usually the DVD titles will indicate that this is a compilation, and there are whole studios dedicated to it. Finally, there are several VB members who have an encyclopedic knowledge of both porn and VB and those members will often flag where and when that scene appears elsewhere on the site and which version is better.
VB is good at what it does and it doesnt pretend to be something that it isn't. It has a huge collection of DVDs (now almost 19,000) and at such a low price I cant see why anyone would use tube sites instead of VB. VB has always offered a good way to get access to a broad range of porn. They still upload classics from the 1980s and 1990s.
