I AM A CURRENT MEMBER OF TEAM SKEET NETWORK.
I JUST CHECKED THE DOWNLOAD SPEEDS AT A COUPLE OF THEIR SITES:
RUB A TEEN AND TEEN PIES.
MY ISP CONNECTION IS RATED 6.25 MB/s.
I USE DOWN THEM ALL, A FREE DOWNLOAD MANAGER.
WHEN I CURRENTLY DOWNLOAD A VIDEO FROM THE TWO TEAM SKEET SITES, I AM GETTING ANYWHERE FROM 2 MB/s TO JUST ABOVE 3 MB/s, ON AVERAGE.
AT MOST PORN SITES I USUALLY GET AROUND 3-5 MB/s.
SO MY TEAM SKEET DOWNLOAD SPEEDS ARE NOT GREAT, BUT NOT TERRIBLE.
I HAVE NO IDEA WHY YOU ARE GETTING SUCH SLOW DOWNLOAD SPEEDS.
WHAT SITE ARE YOU DOWNLOADING FROM?
YOU MENTION THAT IT'S A PSM SITE, BUT DON'T LIST THE ACTUAL SITE TITLE.
I CAN'T GIVE YOU ANY HINTS HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR DOWNLOAD SPEEDS.
BUT MAYBE YOU CAN TALK TO THE BILLER AND EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEM, AND REQUEST A REFUND.
WHEN I JOINED TEAM SKEET, I JOINED THROUGH CCBILL.
THEY CAN BE HELPFUL. AND MIGHT ISSUE YOU A REFUND.
IF THE BILLER CAN'T HELP, MAYBE YOU CAN SEND AN EMAIL TO PU (THIS SITE). IN THE PAST, THE PU STAFF HAVE HELPED MEMBERS RESOLVE ISSUES WITH THEIR PAYSITE MEMBERSHIPS. I'VE NEVER TRIED THIS, BUT PU HAS MORE WEIGHT THAN A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Thanks for the input. I'm baffled by the slow downloads myself. I can still get 2.5 MB/s download speeds from other sites while concurrently getting less than 200 KB/s speeds from PSN. I'm pretty sure it isn't my connection, as the PSN speeds are the only slow ones.
I had similar problems before with Team Skeet. The webmaster replied to my comment, and I accepted their offer of a refund then. This time I don't want a refund. I am aware I could get one, but I will soldier on, get the content I want, then consider myself an idiot for not heeding the maxim "caveat emptor."
I admit I was upset with the speeds I was getting, and the stock responses I had gotten from PSN Customer Service. It made me lash out at them publicly, which was intemperate. But considering the comments section says we can comment on technical issues, and I am having a technical issue, it was a valid posting.
Do I regret my actions? Yes, but only to a degree. I reached out to the company first, then was blatantly ignored. I thought my comment was appropriate.
Thanks for your input on your speeds, and taking the time to respond to my issue. As I said, I don't intend to seek a refund though. They have provided me the service I contracted for, I've downloaded several gigs of content, and deserve to keep my money. I just hope they spend my subscription money for better Morse Code lessons for their telegraph operators.

I wrote a lengthy reply to lk2fireone's comment a few days ago. It was not denied, and it did not get posted. I have neither the time nor desire to repeat myself.
PSN has reached epic levels of fail. I have had several downloads, after running for several hours to download a single 3 GB scene, time out due to slow speed. The latest was today. After starting a download for a less-than-3 GB scene at about 3 PM, I came back to the computer at 8 PM, only to find it still downloading, with 14 hours to go. An hour later, the download timed out due to an unknown network error. Peak speed in the short time I observed it, was about 50 KB/s.

IT'S NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION OF PAYING FOR A MEMBERSHIP AND RECEIVING SUCH POOR SERVICE.
TRY TO GET A REFUND. FROM THE BILLER, OR FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THE PU STAFF WILL PROBABLY HELP ON THE REFUND, IF THE SITE OR BILLER ARE SLOW TO RESPOND. PU HAS MORE WEIGHT THAN YOU IN DEALING WITH THE SITE.

Hello Loki. My apologies. Comments are only moderated on weekdays and yesterday was a holiday in our parts. There was an IP match for your username in our system, so the comment gets flagged and doesn't post right away. I have manually unflagged it. This happens sometimes.

Thanks for the advice, but I have no intention of asking for a refund. I have downloaded several gigs of content, and have gotten, at a snail's pace, what I contracted for.
I will pay them for the content I've downloaded. It's simply the right thing to do.

Now it's two days to DL 5.3 GB.
I responded to PSN's customer service's stock email on 5/20. I never heard from them again. I tried to work this out with the company days ago, but never heard back. I'm so frustrated. I've never had such bad service by any porn site before.

Yup,
My speed was great for the first 2 days (1.5MB/sec) then was throttled back to (30kb/sec).
Its obviously their end. I tried to contact them but to no avail.
Cancelled my membership.
