Carl's Jr is the place to go when I'm hungry for a burger.

I like Arby's but they've all gone out of business here. I usually try to avoid fast food, but like Jack in the Box, Panda Express, In-and-Out Burger, or El Pollo Loco. I like Happi House for teriyaki.
5 Guys Burgers and Fries makes fantastic burgers, but I've only eaten there once. It's pretty far away.
I prefer to eat at small, independent restaurants rather than a fast food joint. I usually just cook.

Tim Horton is my favorite fast food place but since it's a coffee shop that wisely expanded it's menu over the years then it is somewhat different from the named places. If we are talking a burger place than it's Harvey's which I believe is only Canadian

I USUALLY GO TO CARL'S JR, SINCE THAT'S THE CLOSEST BURGER PLACE TO ME.
BUT IN-AND-OUT BURGERS ARE GREAT BURGERS, WITH NICE PRICES.

Culver's.... the favorite in Wisconsin according to something I saw on You Tube. Highest quality in a no waiter/waitress restaurant. A little more expensive than a MacDonald's, a lot cheaper than a waiter/waitress sit-down restaurant, best food.
