BECAUSE I DID NOT GET A CONFIRMING EMAIL FROM CLUB SEVENTEEN FOR MY CANCELLATION, I ALSO TRIED CANCELLING THROUGH vxsbill.com, WHICH SENT ME MY CONFIRMING EMAIL WHEN I JOINED CLUB SEVENTEEN.
I WAS SURPRISED (AND PLEASED) WHEN I GOT A CONFIRMING EMAIL FROM vxsbill.com ALMOST IMMEDIATELY.
THE CONFIRMING EMAIL STATED:
I set your membership for Clubseventeen.com to cancel.
It expires on Jul 13, 2017.

You should get an email when you cancel of course just like when you join.
If wanted you can reach out to me personally so I can check double if everything was canceled as should.
