I submitted the first cancellation message through the e-support24.com site AND by email to support@e-support24.com the 18th at 4AM. The first human reply arrived the 20th at 9AM. That's 52 hours later, by which time I had already cancelled my credit card. So arguing that I'm lying makes you look pretty foolish.
You offer a 2 day trial but then don't reply until after the trial expired. That's shady as hell.

Ha, you know what's interesting? There are suddenly 8 positive user comments after I complained. What a coincidence! /s

Dear Member,
Only the fact that you ignore that you have access to cancel your own membership without the assistance of anyone, it tells me that you just wish to create bad reputation towards our site.
You have every power on your hands to register and cancel your own membership whenever you wish.
None the less, we welcome all comments and ideas in order to improve our services.

You state that I have access to cancel it, but what that means according to your Terms of Service is:
"7.4 TO CANCEL AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF TRIAL AND/OR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP, NOTIFY THE COMPANY AT LEAST ONE WORKING DAY PRIOR TO THE END OF THE PAID TRIAL PERIOD BY VISITING WWW.E-SUPPORT24.COM. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS IS THE ONLY WAY OF CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION."
When you visit www.e-support24.com, you can ONLY submit a message. There is no automated way to cancel, there is no confirmation email, no way to remove your credit card on file, nothing of the sort. It took 52 hours for a human to respond. I had to find out myself that I could visit centrobill.com, but even there you can only submit messages and there is no such thing as an automated subscription cancellation.
Moreover, the next line in your Terms of Service:
"7.5 All cancellations are effective upon receiving cancellation confirmation statement from the company."
Guess what? You took 52 hours to confirm cancellation on a 2 day trial. So where is "every power on my hands [...] to cancel your own membership whenever you wish"? You are deceiving people. And don't even get me started on the other issues such as the one click upgrade clickbaiting you into full membership.
Nobody needs to read any more to come to the logical conclusion that this is terrible business practise on your part.
