I agree, I too collect and sort by model name. This is a very serious con in my book, almost a deal breaker.

It's strange that the site is affiliated with 45 other big sites (like Team Skeet) and this is the only one where they don't list the models. I subscribe to a lot of sites in the course of a year and this is the only one that I know of that doesn't list models.
It's close to a deal breaker for me too. I might email them with a suggestion but I'm sure the chances of them listening to a customer is about zero.

Thist site has been added to teamskeet.com as an upgrade. Only $18 and they offer the missing 720HD missing from the bffs.com site.
