You need to know who your primary billing agent is.
You also need to know at least some of the details/records for when you joined: username, password, sometimes the credit card used (or however you paid), sometimes the membership number.
When I joined the site, it was Epoch.
If you joined through Epoch, you are probably in luck.
They are easy to deal with, reliable.
Go to the Epoch site:
https://www.epoch.com/
That is a secure site (https):
Enter 2 pieces of your membership:
member id
email
username
card number
(You should have gotten a confirming email when you joined.)
Or, you should have written down these details when you joined.
I try to keep a record of these details when I join a site.
Once you enter 2 of the membership details at the Epoch site, it will bring up your membership.
Cancelling is then easy.

Note: if the Epoch web site is not working, call them on the phone. They are very responsive and willing to help.
