Loki (0) 05-29-19  09:41pm          TRUST USER?   YES (0), NO (0) Having erratic download speeds on WAH I've been having very erratic download speeds, from 100% to down to 1% and then back repeatedly, for days now. I contacted Customer Support and they said they were unable to replicate the problem, and it must be a problem on my end. I cleared my cache and it's no better. I'm getting 100% DL speeds on other sites, so I'm thinking it's an issue at WAH and not me. Follow-Up by Loki - 07-10-19: 576 B/s - 24.7 MB of 722 MB, 15 days left This is a copy and paste of a download I tried today. Abysmal. I've tried to work it out with customer service, but they've said nothing is wrong on their end. This is utter and total crap. Reply To Comment

Can you use a different computer with the same internet connection, to see if the erratic download speeds are repeated? If you get better results from a different computer, using the same internet connection, that would seem to point to some software/hardware blockage in the computer you normally use.
