Ultrafilms: Incompetence or fraud

Here's a short history of my 3-day trial subscription to ultrafilms (iwhich seems no longer to be offered):

I subscribed on July 2nd, and they sent me a password. I went to auth.ultrafilms.com and filled my credentials in. That led me to trial.ultrafilms.com where the same credentials were required. Filling them in gave me no access, but led to the fill-in form again and again. It made no difference if I typed the password in or copied it from their mail and pasted it.

I sent a first ticket to customer service on July 2nd, 13:37 (Central European Summer Time) and complained. I got a note that my ticket had been received, but no answer.

On July 3rd, 22:22 I got an answer that their logs showed I had access. This was and is not at all true. I replied on July 4th, 8:33, that the operator (called Natasha) was wrong and asked for a fix or a refund.

Additionally, I sent a third ticket and complained, explaining the details of the procedure and attaching a screenshot of the form trial.ultrafilms.com. No reply, but a note that the ticket was received and would be responded to shortly. I'm still waiting (July 5th, 13:00).

Finally, I sent a ticket on Jul 4th, 22:01 with my complaint and asked whether to make this public an pornuseres.com and elsewhere. They said, as always, they had received it. No answer until now.

Now what shall I make of that?

Update 2019/07/13: Ultrafilm announced a refund.

Many years ago I came here to complain about a trial not being cancelled.

I was made welcome here and never left.

LKLK (0) I would recommend keeping it simple.
Tell Ultra Films you paid for a trial membership, and were never given access.
That you contacted customer service explaining the problem several times, but the problem was never fixed: no site access.

So you want a refund of your membership fee.

The site should give you the choice of a full refund, or a free trial period to the site.
That only seems fair.

I'm currently a member of Ultra Films, and have never had a problem with the site, so I've never contacted customer service.

But I know some sites (the Wow sites, and All Fine Girls) do have a ticket system for customer service, which seems cumbersome.

But these sites should stand behind their product, which is giving access to paying customers.
So I suggest standing firm, sending a customer ticket and saying you paid for a trial membership, and were not given access to the site, and you want a full refund.
