I had a membership to Club Seventeen a little over 2 years ago.
When I cancelled, I didn't get a confirming email.
I posted this at PU, and the webmaster got in touch with me, and helped confirm that my membership was cancelled. The same day I posted a comment at PU about the lack of confirming email cancellation.
He was prompt and helpful.
Went out of the way to make sure my problem was solved.

Good customer service is most welcome. It's not always there unfortunately. Sometimes it is equally as good (eg. the Webmaster at MPL Studios is equally prompt and courteous in replying to emails). On other occasions it is poor/non-existent. I tend to avoid websites falling into the latter category and support those in the former!
