Thanks. Sorry to be alarmist but stuff like this ticks me off to no end, regardless of what the business is.
These guy just switched the service. I sign in perhaps a couple times a month. No notification in email. No warning. Just sign in one day and it says 'DDF Has Moved. You will now be redirected to pornworld' -- what you get directed to is just a very generic-looking pay per view storefront with plain-looking menu that just has thumbnails and looks like those free sites like xhamster. No notice about what it is, how to use it, or a mention that you have to pay for things you watch.
And no customer service about your old account, what happened to it, how to stop the charges etc...just a pissy reply to an inquiry-- 'we dont know anything about the site. We are a pay-per-view network and unfortunately I cannot assist you with your subscription to another website."
I sent another email earlier asking for someone to please tell me how to cancel the existing DDF subscription charge. That is my biggest concern--stopping that and making sure no more monthly charges. Will advise when and if I get a response.

First of all, I'm sorry if you experienced any inconvenience while using our website.
Secondly, there is a lot of changes going on at DDF Network at the moment. The biggest changes are display and the backend of the website, meaning that the platform on which the site is running is much more powerful, faster and collecting information about user's preferences so we can suit our users the best we can when shooting and publishing new content. I know the exterior is a bit rough at the moment, but that will be fixed as well soon.
And lastly, if you have a valid account, you can access the entire DDF library inside the pornbox platform through Channel "PornWorld".
If you have a valid account, and you cannot access the content, please don't hesitate to contact me on email: ante.c@ddfnetwork.com with the email you signed up with so we can take a look at your account and see if there is a mistake with it. This, of course, applies to all the users who cannot access the content they paid for.
Once again, I'm sorry for the inconveniace, tech mistakes happen but I'll do my best to make it up for you guys

I reviewed DDF network on this site and clicked the link to join. I was then sent to PORNBOX, and it's just like you described.
Why doesn't this site do anything about it? Why aren't they warning their customers?
You wrote your warning on 3/4/20. Today is 3/15/20

I agree with you completely David, the betrayal of DDF's customers is almost criminal. I have been a subscriber to DDF for the most part of over 20 years. Never again will they get a dollar from me and I have cancelled my current membership. I currently have memberships to 9 pay sites, but none are pay-per-view and none ever will be.
But there is a second and maybe worse betrayal, and that is the glowing and approving review by Satine from TBP. What kind of a kickback did they get for this betrayal of their customers?
