It doesn't help that the actual last official full update was March 30. I'm not saying that BTS content won't appeal to his fans but only BTS is likely to piss off more than one of them.

I joined this site a few months ago and did the 90 days option and it was unlimited at that time. Check your receipt, I've chosen one plan but when the payment processor comes up it is switched back to the 30 day option. Please let us know when CS gets back to you with an answer.
As for the last post being March 30th, ALL SITES ARE EITHER SLOWING WAY DOWN OR STOPPING ALL TOGETHER DUE TO COVID. THIS IS BECAUSE THEY CAN'T FILM DUE TO THE CURRENT RESTRICTIONS. THIS MEANS FEWER/NO UPDATES. Plus the net is being stretched so thin right now that bandwidth is crazy small as a result downloads have become super slow and streaming unreliable.

Appreciate the reply. I've double and triple checked my receipt. I definitely signed up for 90 days. My biggest peeve is they haven't answered any emails to them.
I've had zero issue with downloading videos from other sites even when doing 4K. His is/was painfully slow.

No problem Sir. I have comcast/xfinity business class, basically almost the fastest they offer but I still have slow downloads and trouble streaming. I have Two friends that work for them and they both said they have days of useless service calls because all equipment is ok it's just the service is overloaded because everyone is home and on the net.
I really hope they get your problem sorted out. Check with the billing processor, maybe they can help you. Or contact the admins here, maybe could help you reach the sites webmaster.

Decent customer service is such an easy way for sites to offer value. I've had situations where I wanted to cancel a membership, and just from the way they handled it in a timely and helpful manner I decided to stay. On the other hand, a minor issue coupled with horrible customer service will make me never want to hand over my money to those people again.
