Dark, moody, roleplay porn that I forgot to review.
They are now up to 285 scenes with regular weekly updates.
Excellent, even believable acting and stories that are much better than the average site.
Production values are as high on this site as any site.
Scenes are long, but not too long, average around 45 minutes.
Plays on all the popular taboos including stepfamily, betrayal and trickery. |

The writing is good, the acting is good, but they do have some scenes that try to be too dark story wise. It could make some uncomfortable.
It's too bad they can't release more than one scene per week. |

I was going to review Pure Taboo a few months ago, but there were already two new reviews for it at the time. I almost forgot about reviewing it. This is easily one of my favorite "normal" sites. I know it is strange to call a taboo site "normal", but I do see it that way. The production values, acting and writing are all top-notch for a porn site. There are times that the males overact in attempted "intimidation" roles.
The video quality is very good with all 285 scenes have 160p, 240p, 360p, 480p, 540p, 720p and 1080p. The most recent 164 scenes also have 4K. I was happy to see the addition of English captions as well.
The scenes also include a photo set you can download, but they are usually just 25-40 pictures in each.
I don't think Pure Taboo is that groundbreaking or even that unique. A lot of sites do the story-driven scenes, the taboos are not as taboo anymore with all the stepfamily porn sites available. Which is what pushes them ahead. They push the models to give their best possible acting performances, they use lights to change the mood of the scenes, they also do add the overacting male. That is not normal in porn. Except for those guys that sound like an elephant that got shot when they cum. Overacting in porn has always been the role of the female models. The men in most of the scenes seem to be a mix between Hannibal Lector and that big, scary professional wrestler. The Deadman guy. Each viewer will see that differently. If you are wrapped up in the story the scary or intimidating, overacting male can be very believable. I do think that separates Pure Taboo from other taboo sites or even scenes. There's a slight moment of uneasiness that tries to make you question if it's acting or real.
This site to me is the best at what it does and that is give the viewer a realistic chance to use their imagination while watching porn. Many sites with the taboo backdrop ruin the scenes with humor or the she's not really that scared overacting female model. I would recommend it to any porn fan as long as they keep in mind it's fictional. |
