It sucks they own some of the biggest sites on the net that used to be really good, but they have ruined all that in a number of ways. Yes, I suppose they still produce pretty good content from time to time, but not with as much consistency. However, here is the reason I would caution anyone from joining ANY of their sites.... 1) They will steal your money and if you somehow get it back, they will ban you. This happened to me....twice. There were fraudulent purchases on my account (this has happened several times on MindGeek sites) and I disputed them. The times I have gotten it back through them was like pulling teeth. However, two of the times, they outright refused to refund my money. When I got the money back through my bank, MindGeek deleted my accounts and told me I was banned. Since the 2nd time this happened, I havent joined. 2) TI see they deleted a TON of their older scenes from both Reality Kings and Brazzers. Their customer service has told people some of the scenes will come back but that many had to be deleted for copyright reasons or some BS like that. Are you kidding me? There are tons of other sites that still have all of their content from 10-15, even 20 plus years ago, and yet MindGeek had to delete all of those scenes? Its either a lie, or some kind of utter incompetence that led to them, having to be deleted. Bottom line...I would strongly recommend against PAYING THEM for any of their content. You may have had good experiences with them, and some of you may not care about them deleting older scenes, but eventually, they WILL do something that makes you realize that what Im saying is true. Every upgrade has to be individually canceled. I will NEVER join a site with probiller! They ripped me off so bad and absolutely refused to help. I joined a site for 30 days and cancelled the membership and downloads. I used a credit card that I very rarely used and didn't think to check it for several months because I got the email confirmations for the cancellations. Well for seven months afterwards they continued to charge me $29.99 a month for the membership I had cancelled. I live chatted with a guy who said to email customer service with the cancellation confirmation. I emailed customer service, Their reply said no refunds. Didn't offer any compensation or anything, just sucks to be you. I included the cancellation confirmation email and still was told no refunds. I called customer service and talked to the rep who I had chatted with and he was really shocked at the emails he had read and even saw the cancellation email included. He said that I had done everything he asked and that they had absolutely no reason to deny the refund. He apologized and issued the full refund. AVOID PROBILLER!!!!!!!!! PS: I haven't been back to a mindgeek/probiller site since. A bit of advice if you unwisely join these sites, ALWAYS SAVE YOUR EMAIL CANCELLATION CONFIRMATIONS AND MAKE SURE YOU CANCEL ALL SITES AND UPGRADES WITHIN THESES SITES!!!!!!! 08-09-21  06:14am Reply To Message 3 MiztaBlu (0) REPLY TO #2 - Wraith0711 : HAHAHA....sounds like ProBiller alright. Go check out my older Brazzers review if you want a full rundown of what I went through. Im pretty understanding of mistakes, pending customer service fixes it with no hassle....but thats not what you get with ProBiller/MindGeek. They will rip you off and then either make you jump through hoops to fix it or outright refuse to help. Like I said....the Electronic Arts of the porn world. Its sad that the bigger companies become, the worse they get due to corporate greed.
