Gamma (also known as Fame) owns a large number of well-known sites and networks, including Adult Time and Evil Angel. Unlike some of their competitors, we don't get a lot of complaints about their billing platform.
However, be aware of the pre-checked cross-sales when you join. And a user on Rabbits Reviews (one of our review sites) reported being unable to cancel using the online form. They were told to use email, live chat or the toll-free helpline. Femjoy's support page links to FameHelp.
Hope that helps!

REPLY TO #1 - Tom D Admin :
Thanks very much Tom, appreciate the reply, I ended up subscribing elsewhere but I will keep this in mind for the future that Gamma/Fame is OK from your user feedback. I have subscribed the evil angel and adult time in the past but a couple of years ago now so was unsure if they were still reliable, I tend to choose ccbill or epoch or vendo as I know these are easy to cancel but I'll add Gamma/Fame to the list. Cheers again

I'm a bit late replying to your comment but I hope you can use the information in any future transactions.
I've joined Gamma sites many, many times over the past years. All Gamma sites now use in-house billers. Famecare is one of those.
I have never had an issue with any of these billers in all the times i use them.
You should know that they can be a bit of a pain in the ass when you want to cancel. It's no big deal though. Rather than taking 30 seconds to cancel as with Epoch or CC Bill it might take a minute.
I'll continue to use Gamma billers without any concerns.

I wanted to join Femjoy but you have access 2 days for free to xxxcelebz.com????
If you don't cancel within 2 days you have to pay 39,95$.
To cancel xxxcelbz.com you have to mail them because Famesupport doesn't handle that site?????????
I want to join Femjoy but i am afraid that if they cancel it for within 2 days you are billed 39,95$.
Why do they give you free access 2 days to that site (xxxcelebz.com)????
I don't want it.
So, i did not take membership as it seems dangerous.

Thanks rearadmiral for your message about your experiences with them, I didn't join in the end as joined another site but there's a lot of famecare/gamma sites now I'll no doubt join one soon.

This doesn't sound good, did it mention this xxcelebz site on your joinup page, most of these are already ticked ( they however hope to catch you out and make more money obviously) and you have to unclick it, that's what usually happens with the sites I've joined. I hate this though and wished they'd ditch it as it's shady as fu** if you wanted to join these other sites you would.

Hello,
yes it is mentioned on the join page but you cannot uncheck the box as it doesn't exist.
You can only uncheck another site.
They want to make money because if they don't answer your wish to cancel your Femdjoy membership within 2 days, you are caught and they pick 39,95$ from your credit card. What a pity.
I am sure lots of Femjoy buyers have been caught.
Not sure i wil join this site.
Thanks for reply.

Hi Nylon, thanks for the warning with this then, I'll avoid this site now, such a shame they try and con people instead of valuing customers.

REPLY TO #9 - Nylon1 :
Your English is fine, Yeah totally agree it puts you off when you see these pre ticked extras you don't want, just looking on the payment page myself on a desktop PC and it says 3 day at manybigflix.com $5.95 then $35.94 and under that this 2 days at xxxcelebz.com for free the a whopping $39.95 . Now I'm unsure if you untick it which on desktop you can but as you say unsure if the unticking the box makes sure it doesn't sign you up to both of these unwanted sites. Maybe worth emailing them about it, so bad they choose to do this though as it actually puts people off.

I've had a lot of problems with Femjoy and Gamma recently. It used to be fine, but I've signed up twice recently (same credit card, etc as the past) and get a confirmation email. But when I tried logging in to Femjoy, it gives an error. Gamma support do not resolve this problem -- they just refund you without explanation. Very frustrating. So I've given up trying to signup for any sites through Gamma/Famehelp now :-(
