I checked and I get redirected to their support FAQ opened to the question about resetting your login. I was able to submit an email in the form provided.

I know that doesn't fix the problem of your login not working after a few days. But, at least, you should be able to reset it without a phone call.

I want to be clear about what you did.
When you entered an email address in the form provided (along with entering the captcha required):
You were sent an email with a link that states:
You will get your new password right after clicking on the following link:
http://18videoz.com/en/support/recovery-successful/9631be963ea92e3ec18d14c71c75458e
When you clicked on the link, did it open a page where you could reset your password?
When I click on the link to reset my password, it does not open a page where I can reset my password.
Instead, I get a 404 web page that states:
Not Found
The requested URL /en/support/recovery-successful/9631be963ea92e3ec18d14c71c75458e was not found on this server.
Just to be clear:
I am not asking you to reset your password.
But are you able to reset your password, if you use the link to open the password resetting page?
Or do you get a 404 error page, when you use the link to reset your password?
When I hit the link you posted, it opens a form that asks for your email, along with a captcha. Entering your email, and the captcha, will send you a email with a link that is supposed to reset your password; But the link does not work properly: the link opens a 404 web page.
Sorry to keep repeating myself: but the process does not work, to reset my password.

First let me apologize. I didn't understand that you were getting that error so much further into the process.
The problem for me is that our review account is not associated with an email address. At least not one of our company's accounts. So I can't complete all the steps myself.
The way the message is written in the email, it almost sounds like they're supposed to send you a new password after you click that link. But I don't see how they could give you got the 404 error.
So sorry I couldn't help more.

Thanks again for taking the time to understand my problem.
The problem is a minor annoyance, because for some reason, as a member I have to change my password every so often.
And sometimes their password reset system does not work.
But that's my problem.
Thanks again for helping.
I still like the cute models at their site, when I can get in.
LOL.
