Judging from some previous comments, it sounds as if they're prone to blocking people for "excessive use" and one person insists he just had multiple tabs open on his browser.
Looking over their Terms of Service, I think the review on TBP needs some tweaking. Definitely, it shouldn't say download managers will work. I think it should also reiterate how quickly they will block you for anything they deem "excessive downloading" without warning.
I know that doesn't help your situation. But, at least, your feedback will be shared on TBP to give more folks a heads up!

I haven't used a download manager at this site in many months.
Probably in years, actually.
Also, I haven't downloaded any files from the site in many months.
I might have opened 2 tabs for the site, possibly, at the same time.
I can't recall.
I rarely use the site. I was using it lately to do a possible site review.
Guess I will have to wait to do a site review for now.
LOL.

Oh, I definitely didn't mean to accuse you of doing something to merit being blocked. It was more the review needed correction ASAP if it was flagging someone who wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary.
And frankly, the tabs thing for me would be a false positive. I've had it happen to me at some point and it wasn't that I had initiated multiple downloads. It was a site where the videos automatically played and that was enough to trigger a warning.
Sorry that you've had to put your review on hold. Hopefully, you'll be able to proceed in the near future!

I didn't take your reply as an accusation, or anything negative.
I took it as indication you were interested in possible problems about a listed site. So your first reply was completely positive, in my eyes.
I don't know why, but sometimes I can post a reply, and people can see negative elements, even when I have no negative intent.
Maybe I should cover any posts with lots of smiley icons.
But that would be overdoing it.

I should add that I'm no longer blocked.
The block was removed automatically, after a few days.
No reason why I was blocked, but it can happen.
Happy I can access the site.
I have a lifetime membership, that I bought for around $100 years ago.
So I visit the site every so often.
