I paid for a year's membership in August. It worked fine. I downloaded a few videos but stayed well within their limits. After about 6 weeks my password stopped working.
I emailed them and they sent me back a reply saying my email address and password worked.
They ignored my reply saying it did not work.
They ignore the requests for a password reset.
They ignore further emails saying it does not work.
I cleared cookies and my cache. No effect.
I tried different browsers: no effect.
I tried downloading a different browser: no effect.

I paid Segpay via Paypal and neither were any help when I went to them.

If someone hijacked my account and downloaded a bunch of videos I'd understand if they warned me and changed my logon info. But all I have received in the past two months is a screenshot showing a check next to my userid on an admin screen.

AVOID THIS SITE AND THIS COMPANY.

LKLK (0) You have a strong case for a refund on your membership dues.
The least you should expect is a pro-rated portion of the dues, with most of the money you paid refunded to you.
Email segpay, explain the situation, and request that your membership dues should be refunded, since the site you paid for is not allowing your access.
I'd go to segpay first for the refund.
Then go to paypal for the refund if you don't get satisfaction from segpay.
You paid for a service, and did not get it.
The case seems simple, but payment processors can be incredibly stupid at times.
Wish you luck in your refund.
