-Limited content with just 38 scenes with no updates since January 2017.
-Pornstars are listed with completely different names to their well known usual names.
-Scenes always stream at highest resolution by default, so newest scenes stream at 2160p which is way way overkill, would make sense for the most recently selected streaming resolution to be saved/remembered for future scene playback.
-Favourites page doesn't have any paging functionality so favourite page can be slow to load if you have very many favourited scenes.
-Some scene downloads have duplicate names so you have to rename them before downloading.
-Scenes gallery doesn't have indication of whether a scene is a favourite - the only indication is in the scene detail.
-Many scenes have no indication of scene length.
-Many scenes have only standard categories/tags such as "medical, hardcore, HD, photos" which makes browsing by category a bit pointless.
-The few scenes with a creampie ending aren't tagged as such. |

As you'd guess from the site name, the theme here is girls being examined by a gynaecologist who ends up having sex with her.
Scenes last between 15 and 30 minutes and are set in the doctor's examination room, with the girl stripping naked and sitting in the high-up examination chair with her legs apart so the doc can examine her pussy close-up. The examination has him fingering her with a latex-gloved hand, inserting a speculum into her pussy and examining/feeling her breasts. In some scenes he demonstrates oral sex by licking her pussy/clit which of course turns her on, in other scenes either he's turned on and she notices and is curious, or he's turned on and convinces her to have sex, at which point it's down to business with him fucking her in a variety of positions ending by cumming on her face or tits. There are a few creampie endings and some scenes feature anal. The few creampie endings don't have their scenes tagged as such, which is annoying, the only tags are the standard "medical, hardcore, HD, photos" tags.
The girls are all young and slim Eurobabe or Russian, very attractive with not a boob job in sight. The doctor is either young or old so some scenes have an added bonus for those who like to see old fellas fucking young girls.
Scenes are laid out as a paged thumbnail gallery showing the scene name, release date, actor and the number of likes for that scene; clicking on the thumbnail takes you to the scene detail page which further includes number of views, scene length, scene description and a list of the applicable categories/tags. You can also stream the scene at various resolutions ranging from 2160p down to 480p or 360p. There are links to view the photo gallery and download the scene. The photo gallery allows you to download all photos as a single ZIP file; video can be downloaded with a range of sizes from 4K (for the latest content), through 1080p, 720p and down to 360p, though the majority of the content has a maximum frame size of either 1080 or 720.
A nice useability touch is that when changing the streaming resolution (it defaults to the highest rate), it remembers the where the scene had played to and moves to that point when the stream has reloaded at the changed resolution.
The site works well on mobile devices and I usually end up watching scenes on my phone, favouriting those I really like and then downloading my favourite scenes the next time I'm on my laptop or PC.
As I mentioned in the cons, the favourites appear on just one page with no paging, so if you have loads of favourited scenes then the page will be slower to load which may be an issue on older/slower computers and older web browswers.
The default streaming at the highest resolution is a pain, especially if you're using a mobile device and only need a relatively low-res stream.
I downloaded just over a quarter of the content on this site, it's quality hardcore though obviously a bit samey given the theme. The real benefit of Dirty Doctor is that it's part of the TeenMegaWorld network, with it's much larger amount of content which makes membership a no-brainer. |
