Tyrinis (0) 05-30-09  10:43pm No Badges TRUST USER?   YES (0), NO (0) Undocumented Download Limit, Horrible Support, Avoid As others have said, and I feel needs to be reiterated, they have a ridiculous daily download limit that bans you from downloading for 24 hours, after a certain point. On top of that, the support is horrible. I basically tried using their live support... and twice, they just didn't answer for long extended periods, then Disconnected me. When I tried inquiring about the daily download crap and why I wasn't informed of this, before I joined their website, they claimed I should go to see the T&C. When I did so, and told them it was NOT listed anywhere within the T&C, they disconnected the chat service. I tried again, and they would only claim it's company policy. Company policy should be stated to the customer before they join, CLEARLY, otherwise, they are lying to the customers. Do yourself a favor and don't join this site until they catch a clue and get rid of this ridiculous hidden "company policy". Reply To Comment

I don't know if they documented it or not, but I didn't notice until I had problems downloading a fourth movie on the first day I joined. At least now you have PU and can check out the reviews and avoid this in the future. 05-31-09  12:27am Reply To Message 2 Denner (0) james4096 is right - you can get a lot of help and fine warnings by checking a site at both TBP and PU before joining... For this site it states at TBP that you can only download six videos per 24 hours (which of course is outrageous) - that kind of warning makes this user stay far amay.
