Shown : 1-1 of 1   Type Site - Score Feedback / Review Date Comment 1 All Reality Pass (0) Undocumented Download Limit, Horrible Support, Avoid As others have said, and I feel needs to be reiterated, they have a ridiculous daily download limit that bans you from downloading for 24 hours, after a certain point. On top of that, the support is horrible. I basically tried using their live support... and twice, they just didn't answer for long extended periods, then Disconnected me. When I tried inquiring about the daily download crap and why I wasn't informed of this, before I joined their website, they claimed I should go to see the T&C. When I did so, and told them it was NOT listed anywhere within the T&C, they disconnected the chat service. I tried again, and they would only claim it's company policy. Company policy should be stated to the customer before they join, CLEARLY, otherwise, they are lying to the customers.
