Mine got rejected at Showcase Eufrat. They might have accepted Visa.
For everything else, there's Mastercard.

On the fist time it was ever used at an adult site, it was blocked.
The card company phoned me the next day, to say my card was used at an adult billing service and they suspected fraud.
Had to explain that it was me who did the transaction.

I haven't often been refused. When I was refused it was either because they used only Visa or they wanted me to use another credit company. I don't see that much anymore, but I do know that in the past. Some tites had more than one credit card processing company. ie: CCbill, Epoch.

CC Bill is never an issue. Prepaid cards have issues from what I have read. Some bank check cards have sililiar issues too.

As far as I can remember, I have never been declined. But one of my credit card companies did contact me once about a payment to an adult site, because they thought it might be fraud. I told them the charge was valid. (I thought about lying, but who could I put the blame on for the charge? My brother, my sister, my mother or father? It was easier to say I was the one who did it, just like George Washington, chopping down the cherry tree.)

I was declined a couple times but my credit card not from US may be this is a reason.

Almost never. Remember it happening once for sure.
I'd imagine some of the more serious porn hounds frequently have their CC company freeze charges after so many strange purchases online during a single saturday night.

I use a Master Card where, five years ago, I asked the bank (Chase) to reduce the credit limit to $80 to prevent someone at a site getting my number and running it up.
I check the account on line on a daily basis and pay off any balance that is legit immediately just to stay under the credit limit.
So far no issues at all. I have received occasional fraud control calls from Chase, I assume because the biller is known by Chase to service porn sites, but beyond that no problems.
On a side point, Paycom (Epoch) is a pain in the ass. When my card was heading to expiration at the end of June 2009, they refused to let me update the expiration date in their records. They said I had to cancel and start a new membership with the new expiration date.
CCBill, on the other hand, updated my account with no hassle whatsoever.

Pretty much staying with sites that use CCBill and Epoch, it's never happened to me.
