Yep, just to have their asses covered just in case, because here in the US you never fucking know what stupid shit is gonna happen, kinda like the Max Hardcore deal.

I'd say enforce it. That way, a site I might love wouldn't be so easily taken down for legal reasons.

I'm guessing that's a legal requirement. So anyone not posting that 18+ warning is asking for trouble.

If it is a legal requirement, which it quite rightly is, it should be adhered to.
Conformance to that is a no-brainer.

Yes, they should and if they don't then whatever happens to them is fine with me. It may seem arsh but anything that brings legal scrutiny on the porn world puts pressure on all other that follow the rules.

IMHO, a site should do everything it can to stop access by anyone under the legal age. But there really isn't very much they can do beyond the warnings because it's rather difficult for a site to check a photo i.d., isn't it?

They do it so they won't get sued/prosecuted. I don't think they really care.

Yes it doesn't work. But it can be a good warning to not just kids, but those that don't want to be surprised by seeing a girl getting fucked by 3 dudes with huge rods.

Yes, and also ALL the sites should be marked as RTA/whatever else, so browser filters (school ones and those installed by parents) are able to filter such sites out. While I really hate government regulation, I think THIS (site labeling) should be made the law (it does not create any problems while solving concerns of those who cares about minors accessing porn).

I have no kids but I have to say that this should be enforced. Of course, the curiousity of kids is quite high but there needs to be some sort of warnings for sites that contain explicit material. While of course, the classic enter your date of birth and electronic sig is easily bypassed; at least it shows that the adult material is attempting to make it harder for young ones to see it. The internet is a easy way to showcase adult material and will always be nowadays but I have to say that any way of warning should be enforced. I think the young enough ones will actually take the warning serious while the ones who are 'old' enough will be exposed eventually no matter what and the possibiliy of this is inevitable. But, I can see someone like an 8 year old boy coming across a warning and actually be a bit worried about entering, therefore making this rule rightfully enforcable.

I guess they should do it just in order to be public-spirited, but honestly I can't think of any audience more in need of quality porn than teenage boys. In an ideal world, there wouldn't be some crazy notion that letting a 16-year-old watch porn is going to ruin his mind or turn him into some woman-objectifying monster. I mean, should we force boys to watch The View or something, so they'll be perfect little woman-respecting gentlemen? Or maybe that's a good idea - maybe I'd get more chicks if I watched more daytime TV and less porn :) I'm just jealous of teenagers these days, who can hit up Bangbros from their rooms. Didn't have that back in my day. Of course, they can also bang 15-year-old girls, which I can't legally do.

I agree that it should be strictly enforced. The more that sites avoid it, the more likely that governments will start trying to regulate porn even more so. Abide by the basic disclosure laws and we'll all be happier in the end.
