Just like it was said earlier, for the girls it's a 'stunt'. It really doesn't do much for me either, so I can't give you an insider's explanation... as for why some people find it to be a turn on? I'm pretty sure we could find dozens of fetishes that we could not possibly imagine turning us on, while others live for that stuff.
