a joke or a drama? or talking is silver , silence is golden

that no one can say, that i always critizise i have to highlight one thing out: the support reacts on emails...

..but how they react is like a joke or like a drama:

here are the facts:
24.03.10 email support: why did you cancel (shorted)
24.03.10 respond: not authorized crossmail (shorted)
24.03.10 email support: "so you are saying the checkbox got automatically checked?
we dont have access to the join page.. so i guess you should contact the biller about this issue..
may be you didnt notice it.. dunno..
i will give you an extra free month to make up for the mess even thou it wasnt our fault really.."

ok, so far so good.... i tried to login to the site to see if they keep theire promise but.... BAD LOGIN ... hm, wondering....
30.03.10 contacting the support: thanks for extra month, can`t come in (shorted)
06.04.10 email support: "OK mate i dont know what to tell you at this point, there is no such thing as "automatic double membership" on our sites...
i promised an "extra" free month... what do you mean never gave acccess to argentinatriplex???
your torbenetwork login doesnt work on it? if you were signed up for both sites you should have acccess..."

....what can i say... reagarding that correspondence i rather prefer support who is saying nothing :) ..promising an extra free month is fine but if the membership is cancelled then there is no possibility to check in...

the bottom line???
promises are made easy..taking money from members is much easier ..THUMBS DOWN

Funny you choose that one - but again it's also strange, that ace get that silence...
We've had some Torbe Network comments recently - AND the webmaster was pretty fast to reply to criticism, HERE - and in the same time wondered how on earth we PUs had any problems with the network...

Well, the input from ace here seems to answer that question....

ok this is new, now you take it with the support... so you are
suggesting we should do like most companies and take 1-2 weeks to reply or not reply at all?

i checked your accounts myself, both were active at the time you wrote us...

btw you post our replies but you should also post your emails..
that reply was in order to this email from you:

sorry but from this i cant tell at any time that the membership stopped working... both user-pass are the same for both networks and im pretty sure an email was sent out to you when you signed up...

now if the login is not working all you have to do is say that.. "i cant login or my login doesnt work" or something similar..

that way we get it fixed, sometimes the security scripts blocks accounts and we have to manually re-enable them...

btw the extra free month was for torbenetwork not for atx... anyways i will hit you up on email now so we can get it solved ourselves...

why on hell would i want to mess around with any of my users??

i mean why do you think i get back to all the emails i get and im around here.. because i dont care?

come on, this is a simple case, Ace somehow got signed up to the xsale site and he is pissed at us because it happened...

what im supposed to do? contact epoch and ask them to come here and post as well so everyone can believe that WE DONT HAVE PRE-CHECKED XSALES??? or you can just see it by yourselves.. btw if we did have we wouldnt be here because TBP wouldnt allow it..

sorry if i sound a bit pissed but its not funny to being accused of cheating members when we have never done it...

as far as i know the supportemail adress is the same as Federico Thy email adress, isn`t it?

therfore there is nothing new about it. if you kept my emails then you would have a clou about all the statements...as far as i have recived youre email i agree with you that the dispute should be solved via email. anyway my opinion stands.

Looks like the customer ordered www.torbenetwork.com and accepted the cross sale to www.argentinatriplex.com.
I went to the site and got this join page:
https://wnu.com/secure/fpost.cgi?co_code...&response_post=1

I checked the product offer code eu367s02 and it is only set up as unchecked. The customer would of had to check the box in order to receive the Special Offer .

at this point i dont know what you want from us...

may be you should just admit that you made a mistake by clicking the freaking checkbox yourself and got pissed with us for it...
if you cant realize that thats what happened and will still think that GOD checked it for you or something then im sorry but theres nothing i can do for you..
