I have to say Europe simply because you see lots of natural hot looking girls. I think porn is more of a "temp job" for those girls so they don't feel the need to get the boob jobs (they probably couldn't afford them anyway).

I'd say Europe, not just "Eastern Europe." Many of the continent's countries have the most porn-friendly laws on the planet with plenty of hot models and creative producers to make the most of it. America--and probably just southern California by itself--creates the most, but probably not the best.

I voted Eastern Europe but I agree with Colm the US girls do show some more enthusiasm. I've seen signs CA is catching up on the girl hotness scale. A little more hotness with the same enthusiasm could tip the scale for me!

Europe, especially Eastern Europe. I don't agree with the opinion that the girls lack enthusiasm. In fact, I think they're more natural about sex and they show their enjoyment without putting on a big dramatic show about it, as some So Cal based porno chicks do. I've yet to see a Eastern Euro chick yelling "fuck that pussy!" and the like.

I'm willing to add my vote for European girls has the best looking but I also agree that many of them lack any heat in their scenes. I'm not sure if there is only one reason as much as many different ones. What you wind up with his hot girls in cool scenes. In American porn you may or may not have a super hot girl but there is usually a significant amount of heat. I guess what we want are European girls doing American style porn, but not the gonzo kind.

I agree that the European models don't show the enthusiasm of U.S. porn models, but most of the enthusiasm of the U.S. porn models is fake acting or over-acting. So even though I wouldn't mind seeing a little more visible (and audible) enjoyment on the part of the European models/actresses, I think their porn videos are far more realistic and believable than the shows the U.S. models/actresses put on.
So my vote/belief goes along with Drooler's.

There is some fake/over-acting in U.S. porn but I wouldn't say "most" of it. It depends who produces it and on the models performing but I'd say generally the U.S. has the Euros beat on enthusiasm.
That's not to say there isn't any good acting/sexual build up in Euro porn. The problem with the Eastern Euro porn in many cases is they find these stunningly beautiful models and throw them in front of the camera with apparently no coaching or acting skills and sometimes look downright uncomfortable.
There are some great Easter Euros out there however. Some of the movies on Teen Mega World and the network with Young Legal Porn have the enthusiasm.

This question is kind of like asking "where is the best sex being had?" Southern CA is certainly the center of the porn establishment in the US, but is that were the best stuff is being shot? I dunno. Adventurous film-makers tend to travel around. The Japanese porn scene continues to be huge and varied. Sites such as MetArt, Nubiles.net, Teen Dreams, Femjoy are getting their babes mainly from Eastern Europe, but a bunch from the US as well. Kink.com is going like blazes in the heart of the Mission District in SF.
ALS Scan is doing their stuff in the suburbs of MD - and then venturing elsewhere for more fun. ALS Scan lovers should be aware that Alex - and the participating girls - are RAVING about the Caribbean shoot they just did. The question is SOMEWHAT hypothetical: Is it where the porn (soft and hc) is shot and/or by who?
PP is on the right track here.
A lot seems to be global with shootings all over the world, except places like North Korea, Saudi Arabia ect. (LOL).
Of course we have those eastern euro-shoots and sites where it's obvious, that all is based here (like sites from: S&S Royal Ltd and Diesel Media).
But what about ALS - a majority of easteuro girl - the Co. is US - the same goes for MetArt.
