Downloads don't even start. Downloads stop halfway. The site goes down.


I joined 20 hours ago this site and i've barely managed to download 4 videos. Often downloads don't even start or commence, other times when a video is about to be fully downloaded the download stops, thus you can open the file but you can't skip forward the video because you couldn't download the whole file. The site goes down when you try to refresh the site often. So far it's been a very dissapointing experience. Customer support replied, not very fast i must say, stating that they checked the site and there are no problems whatsoever, asking what type of connection do i have or which particular scenes did i have trouble downloading.

I have been a member to: hotlegsandfeet three times; once for a six month stint, ddfbusty, handsonhardcore, and last september to this new network for a month, so i believe that custommer support should be more responsive. The network is great, don't get me wrong, and it should be at the top of the list of any pornuser, yet, this problems are really aggravating, and the REGIONAL PRICING tactics are not welcome.

Meanwhile, i've downloaded big files from other sites without a problem , so, it is not a problem with my connection. I'd like to add that download speeds could be better to.

BadMrFrosty (0) I had exactly the same problem maybe a month ago with DDF Busty. Downloads would start but rarely finish and regularly the site would completely die. Support tried to help but like with you they said they have no problems at their end. I cancelled my membership and moved on adding them to my blacklist of sites never to touch again as long as I live.

What i wonder is why they keep telling their customers that the problem is at our end and not theirs. I wonder why they keep getting this outstanding scores.

I suppose it is possible that european visitors have a bad connection to the servers. That would be great, not only do we pay more but we also get far worse download connections :(

I'm sorry for your download problems, maybe it didn't get to the developers. I know that most people don't have problems, but I want to make sure this matter gets properly investigated.

Can you please mail me some download links that have such behavior?
Also, please send me your IP address (get it from www.whatismyip.com for instance).

Thanks for looking into this. I am no longer a member so I cant tell if what you have done has fixed the connectivity issues but may join again in the future. Can you also sort out the regional pricing issues for us european customers? Dont fancy paying 30% more for the exact same product just because of where my computer is connecting from.

Hi,

The reason for regional pricing is that American users are more comfortable paying a fixed fee in USD, and Europeans prefer to pay a fixed fee in EUR.

It is possible that due to the currency fluctuation, at one time one costs more. Unfortunately we can't update our prices that often.
