Hello Onyx. Thanks for bringing up the point about our VR content. Yes our older scenes were shot in 30FPS, and were mostly Bonus content, to the original videos.
Since September, 90% of the scenes released were shot with new cams and are at 60FPS. When you hover on a scene, it will tell you if it is a 60FPS scene, and all content now being produced is generally at a higher level. Working on improvements with each scene produced.

All our our members information is confidential and only seen by the Billers, or Customer service agents on need to know basis, so how your credit card info got into the hands of someone from our side who would charge it up as you mention is beyond me.
If your bank/credit card can provide us with Proof and locations of charges, we will certainly investigate from our side to see if indeed this was some inside job, but we have been operating for 16 years online, and this is the first claim of this kind I have encountered.

We dropped back on Pissing scenes, because we only update once per week now ( Fully exclusive scene ), and we have many niches to cover in that time. Additionally a pissing scene is highly niched, and this is more of a BDSM site then a Pissing site. We do have prominently displayed on the site offers to our partners such as wet and pissy and vipissy with nice deals to take advantage of if that's your thing.
Our Plan is to make the site more of BDSM theme website....with less of the niched stuff like pissing, appealing to a broader audience. Apologies for that.

Actually thank you for bringing that to our attention. What your experiencing is not intentional and were going to look into that and rectify it immediately. The 1 Month Price should always be present. The 3 Month Price is standard ( Though we are reducing our standard pricing in the coming week or two ). The Yearly price is a 15 year anniversary special which we will have active quite frequently throughout this year. Its a great deal for those who really like our content at less then 10 bucks a month.
We apologize about our high monthly Price....its been like that for a very long time, and I had hoped to drop it quite dramatically before Google dropped the hammer on adult and now we cannot get into the adwords game for traffic. We never relied on that, but found we should try it out to get more traffic to the sites and then be able to justify a nice drop in price. Unfortunately though it didnt affect us much, it affected our affiliates tremendously and with 30% drop in traffic, quite tough to cut our prices in half. So with the yearly at a very low price, thats how were able to regain the income weve lost, and its a great deal for the end consumer who receives about 1,000 exclusive scenes in that time + our archives.
Random changes in pricing are necessary for A-B testing, but we don't do that frequently at all. This is definitely a glitch, and im looking into it right after this reply.
@ Rusty - Well, I wouldnt exactly call it Spamming, and mailing is an integral part of any online business these days for survival. Our mailing list is a double opt in system, with a pretty clear "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email. We only currently mail out to expired members who have at least opened 1 email from us, expressed an interest. The deals we provide their are quite Good, and they should always work. For the record, we have thousands of Happy Customers each month, and it is very rare that we get complaints about the Cancellation Process, but I will definitely look into that personally, as well as the Download Speeds.

- Search....I'll have tech check that out as well though ive checked Personally, and yes sometimes unrelated items may appear, but for the most part, our search has more options then most other sites provide.

Some examples of what didn't work? There are many options for search, including a Free Search, and advanced search feature, both for sets, and models, as well as story text, but we would love to know whats not working on your end.

This should be pretty good now compared to the past however it does also depend on your DL Speed. Example of DL Speed compared to Filesize?
Difficult cancellation

Marketing Manager here at DDF. Thank you for posting this. Actually gave me some ammunition for something Ive wanted to have done for some time now. You are absolutely correct, for the collectors out there, the download Process and name of files has not been the best.
We recently redesigned our Scene Page, and it will be rolled out by the end of this week - Much Cleaner with Built in Player. In the Original plan I had a Tab which displayed the story and had the ability to download the full Size DayPic/Cover, but while on holiday a decision was made to remove it. I also asked to have the files named to that of the actual scene. IT told me that This is supported for content sent out from our servers. However content on CDN does not work the same way and they are working on a solution for that problem. I plan to follow up on this until its done because I believe it is a necessary evolution.
You can also count on the Full Size Day pic being implemented on the download of videos or somewhere else on the scene page. I'll make sure it happens. Your email validates my point, so thank you!
Im the Marketing Manager here at DDF Productions, and I commend you for trying to inform the Porn Public about our malicious intents, however all of your information is completely inaccurate, and thats not very nice to write things about a company and try to slander our name without the Pure Facts.
When did we change ownership? Not once since our existence. Shady practices? Sorry, but thats not how we got where we are, and we dont plan to start getting shady now. Whats the sense in that? We want our customers to be happy. Did you try reporting this problem to our Customer service or Tech team? There are many reasons why you could be experiencing differential speeds, but I promise you that throttling the speeds to save bandwidth hasnt even crossed our minds. Is our hosting company doing something like that? I doubt it, but if we did find such a thing occurring, we would migrate to someone more reliable. Our content is put up for our customers to watch, and we know how important it is to get the right speeds. We want you happy, not unhappy.
Now do problems occur from time to time. Sure, and when they are reported, we do everything we can to fix them. And if our customers are not happy, we happily refund them if its a valid reason.
And rip our site downloading day and night? Well thats a great confession to the honesty and integrity of your character. Yes, as a member its your privileged to download our content. But from the sound of who you are morally, I'd be quite happy if we never saw you again on any of our sites.
Thanks for reporting that and for checking out our network. Have you tried customer service or checking directly with myself? Always available to troubleshoot and see why a member is having any kind of problems. I assure you that those download speeds are not our standard. Otherwise we would be out of business. I do agree that here and there, we receive a complaint about speeds, and when that occurs we get our IT team to work with the member and pinpoint the problem. It's something thats at the top of our list to improve on a regular basis and give our members a pleasurable experience. We also compare with the Top sites often, and we have found that depending on day of week, and time of day, even some of the Top sites out there tend to lag.
We recently had many new site updates, a new Model Page which will launch by Friday, and a new Scene page which will launch very shortly afterwards. On the new scene/video page you will now have options for DL and streaming to optimize the experience, and we are on our hosting providers regularly to make sure were getting optimized speeds. Trust me, if there is a global problem then we will be the first ones to say...No Good, and remedy that as quickly as possible.

Just a quick reply to your comment. The 2Day Trial information on the previous email is incorrect. It's a 2 Day Trial and a customer has 48Hours to cancel it. It's exactly that, a 2 Day Trial. I will be communicating with Support today to make sure that is very clear. I'm not sure where that information as retrieved, but it is not written anywhere on our sites that someone must cancel the 2 Day-Trial, 2 days before it ends. That would make no sense at all.

We appreciate your feedback, though your tone should not be pointed to all the Adult companies out there, and even calling PU/TBP weak? What is that? To me that just doesnt show much of a reputable character on your behalf, to be honest with you, while were all being honest here. The work it takes to run a Premium Site with all of its many variables is immense, and in this day and age with Piracy, it's a constant battle just to break even. We, and I speak for all Top-Notch Adult companies out there who have put their Souls into the work are not out to Destroy our reputations with cheating tactics, we understand the customer is umber 1, however, evolution of Products and the way they are presented to consumers must all be taken into consideration to survive in this landscape.

I assure you that if this is truly the case, that you will be refunded. The Pre-check Cross -sale we have on our exit page is quite a visible one. True, I dont like the idea that it is cross-checked either, but I know as a personal consumer myself that before I click submit for a payment, I check pretty closely, and this Cross-sale is not hidden in anyway.

Unfortunately is something that has been working quite well with minimal negative impact, though I have forwarded your comment to our team at Gammae to see if there any other alternatives for using these kind of cross sales.
The only thing I disagree with is that its trickery, or hidden. The cross sale is in plan site, and can easily be unchecked. Personally, if it was hidden, I wouldnt like that either., but its quite obvious were it is positioned on the Join Form.
