First of ALL - This is a complete Lie, and I won't Sugarcoat it since you want to throw around the word asshole...ASSHOLE.
We've been around for a long time and we are NOT in the business of ripping off anyone. My email address is open to any of our customers and Members and im willing and ready to solve ANY legitimate issues with our Product. I'm going to address what you have written here so that anyone reading this can make an intelligent decision about Joining our site.
- EPOCH : One the the Top if not the TOP Adult Billers in the Industry with the option to use Paypal, which is why we are using them. I am 100% positive that it is your user error that got you away from the Paypal page and to a credit card billing page. It is quite clear on our Pre-joins.
- Selected Black Friday Deal - That you are correct on....I just contacted our IT team, and since this is a Brand new Package...it was not Pre-selected...that will be fixed in 30 minutes....However...you would have to be Blind not to see the Packages offered on the Pre-Join...and select the one you want before you Pay.....you have 2 steps in which you can see what you choose, before you Pay. It's not Rocket Science.
- Receipt in Euro .. if you are from Europe...you must now pay VAT on all internet sales....the 24.72 euro, if not the package you selected would definitely be refunded...especially by Epoch if not by me personally. Send me your details to webmaster@ddfcash.com...and I will check to see why you have been billed that amount, but I am looking in our system at all of our sales for today, and I see clearly that $9.99 USD is being charged for the Black Friday Deal...so im not sure what you clicked on till you send your details.
- Epoch refuses to cancel Payment : Complete Lie....they wouldnt be an award winning biller if they were into that kind of a practice.
Your Claims are unwarranted...were a well respected company with a Premium Product being offered this weekend at a super low price to our fans and anyone who wants to see what Premium Porn is all about, So kindly take your Trolling somewhere else.

Calm down. This kind of name calling is only going to continue to get negative responses. It is also very bad for PU and its reputation as a civil website where all are welcome and everyone is free to have an opinion.
I have had a LOT of experience with Epoch and they are one of the absolute best. I can't say for a fact anything about what has happened here, but it can be resolved.
I feel confident that there is an equitable resolution to this matter, as long as both of you talk to each other without vulgarity.

For the sake of innocence of EPOCH, I had to sign up a new account for making a comment here.
1) EPOCH is the best & only way you should trust when paying for porn, just because you didn't uncheck cross sales, doesn't mean they're cheating on you, it's a common industry standard whether like it or not. You should've known that when selecting paypal instead of credit card or vice versa, the cross sales mark are checked again by the system, so don't blame other people when you buy something before doing final check.
2. Both Paypal & Credit Card options are included in EPOCH in certain countries, if you had paypal option previously then somehow it disappeared, you should've re-done the process all over again instead of continuing to pay, for me personally I always select paypal through EPOCH, simply because they're the only one I know that support paypal, adding to the fact that I wouldn't use credit card to pay for porn at all.
3. EPOCH is the best in industry in terms of monitoring subscription status, go to the their official site and entering Member ID & E-mail and click cancel and you're done. If you're talking about getting the money back, then you're blaming the wrong guy, EPOCH didn't have the authority to do that, once you subscribed, most of the money belong to the site company you paid for, you should ask DDF instead of EPOCH.
Final note, this kind of attitude isn't going to help you for anything, people would love to help you more if not for this blatantly verbal attack.

DDF webmaster, you should not talk to your customers like that. The guy had a bad experience with billing for a porn site, which is not exactly an uncommon experience. Regardless of who is right or wrong, the site took his money and did not give him what he expected, which also happens everyday in the world of porn site billing, so he's a little ticked-off. You could have used this as a way to fix a bad customer experience and publicly demonstrate to a lot of other customers how upstanding your business practices are and you blew it by responding like a noob.

Companies that try to fiddle the cutomers with crosselling are not trustworthy at all.
With the rest you wrote you confirm what i said. EPOCH refused to cancel the transaction and told me to call DDF, thats what i did, and DDF tells me to call EPOCH to cancel the transaction... and i still have payed 24.72 on the 9,99 BF sale. Both EPOCH and DFF are telling fairy tales here, how trustworthy they are, telling me that im lying, but there is still that prove of a 24,72 euro transaction on BF sale that is still not canceled.
So these rip-off artists from EPOCH and DDF should talk with eachother and cancel this transaction instead of complaining here and telling stories.

DDF are right in their reply that people will be able to use their own intelligence to work out what has gone on here.
Like all internet consumers, be it of DDF site or amazon, he is at the mercy of people half way round the world to act properly. He expects two large companies that are taking his money and earning significant profit to set their websites up right. When they don't work properly he doesn't run off making public comments. He uses the on-line system to try and sort it out. Epoch say it is nothing to do with them, go to DDF. And if what is said is correct, in the first time of asking, DDF say is also nothing to do with them.
At this point he has, to any sensible observer, been ripped off. It is as simple as that.
He could have emailed the admin of DDF but he didn't. He vented on here. Maybe how he was feeling at the time he didn't think about writing a personal email to DDF. Maybe he thought about it and decided he would be given the run around again. Maybe he thought that he shouldn't have to.
Either way, DDF messed it up as they admit. The system was not programmed right and it took 24.99 off him instead of 9.99. And if you do that then there is always a risk that people will vent if they have tried to sort it out and been given the run around.
What DDF webmaster should have done was (1) accepted with good grace rather than reluctantly that his company failed to do it right in the first place (2) accepted that from a consumer's point of view, who is going to come from the starting point of trusting the supplier, that the sign up pages might not be as clear as DDF thinks they are (3) but even if they were clear, accepted that it is just not on to blame it on the customer for not spotting the errors and cleaning up after his staff's failiings, by manually unchecking the out of date boxes (4) apologised for the fact that the customer was charged wrongly (5) apologised for the customer being sent round the houses when had had tried to sort of once himself already sign the on-line system.
Ironically, in his first post the complaint was directed at Epoch not DDF. DDF only got drawn into it when they responded so appallingly to him in this thread. So whilst what he then goes on to say is less measured than his original message, it is understandable.
As has aready been said DDF lost a golden opportunity to behave decently.

I also just noticed that in additon to everything else, DDF called out davidax for being a liar. But what he said was true, wasn't it.
He was offered a deal, the boxes were pre-checked wrongly without him noticing, and he was refused a refund when, at the time of his message, he had tried to sort it out.
It was unwise to have called him a liar in the first place, but since then he has given the evidence that he did try and sort it out.
However much DDF might continue to think he should have unchecked the boxes or got in touch with them a further time, they now know he didn't lie. So whatever else, DDF should withdraw that accusation.

Thank you Thomas and the others as well. im sorry for beeing too much upset and choosing the wrong words. im just sick of all these people trining to rip-off others. everybody is trying to sell you things you did never want. Security packages for you phone with your mobile plan, yust one click in the wrong moment and you get a credicard drainage for a year.
i have never had problems with other payment services, they even did cancel cross selling payments after two weeks and pay back all the money without any discussion. To hear from a payment company that they do NOT cancel a payment made 2 minutes before is really an infamy.
i still got no refund. i will let you know if there is a refund at the end... i will not invest more time in this hassle anymore. hope my complaints here will cost them much more money than they earned screwing on me.

This got out of hand. I hold myself responsible for not editing the comment in the first place. I always hesitate to censor people as I believe this is a place to be open and honest, but mbaya is correct, it is also a civil place where we can converse calmly. I hope the issue has been solved (or at least put to rest) and we're all wiser for it.
