I know TBP no longer considers price in their score
and at first I didn't agree with their decision but
I noticed that I don't often consider that in my reviews.
I may mention the price as a pro or a con but it rarely affects the final score. There are certain exceptions if I find that the price is too high for
the offered content.

Price is a factor for most of us. I could afford a lot more than I usually spend, but found that most sites that cost too much are hiding their poor quality behind a high price. They need to soak the few suckers like me because they don't appeal to lots of people.
I would give a great score if there is ever a high-priced site that was really a better quality product than the lower priced sites, just haven't found any.
I've belonged to scores of sites over the years, but high price seems to always be a sign of poorer quality for me.

If the price is lower than the usual $30 a month, or higher without a good reason, I'll factor price into my score.

I don't have a precise method of scoring sites, it's more of a gut-feel process for me. But what I am basically aiming for is:
site score = value = (site contents + ease of access)/price.
So price is one of the major factors in the value or score of a site, as far as I am concerned. I believe that the site score should indicate the value of a site.
But I also realize that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And that the site contents can be very appealing to me, but almost worthless to other PU members. Personal taste varies wildly. So I believe that the score of a site has a very large subjective component.
Met-art, my favorite porn site, can be a waste of time and money for other PU members.
And some sites that other PU members can rate very high, based on "objective factors" such as content, can be a waste of time and money for me.
So to understand the value and meaning of a site score, depends on who is doing the rating, and how much I agree with their personal tastes.
I believe most PU members realize this, even if it's not prominently emphasized.

I always factor in the price. I think of it more in terms of value than absolute cost. Also how it compares to other sites' prices. For me it doesn't change the score too much, but is listed as a pro or con.
But I haven't really thought about it. Maybe it shouldn't affect a site's score. I'd like to hear what more people say.

If a site is great in terms of quality, content, navigation, etc., then it should be rated high even if it's expensive.
If a site is lousy in the same sense, then it should be rated low even if it is cheap.
Human nature being what it is, it'd difficult to leave price out of the evaluative process, but it shouldn't be the primary determinant in a score.

It is an important factor.
It has direct impact in value for money.

Price is an issue - but it's not the only issue.
The question is overall value. If there is a site that is $9.95 a month and doesn't draw me to it very often and another site that is $34.95/month that excites me every day that I'm a member, I'm not going to be a member of that $34.95/month site on an ongoing basis, most likely, but I'll rate it higher than the 9.95/month site that has little of interest for me, because - everything taken into account - the $34.95/month site is giving me a better value.

I've yet to submit a review, but I wouldn't include it in the score, because otherwise it mess up the points/dollars calculation.
Value for money should get a mention in the comments, though.

I do usually comment on the price in my reviews if I feel it is unusually cheap or expensive for the content on offer. I dont factor it into the score unless in exceptional circumstances.

I usually do. If the price was high, I expect a lot. If they don't deliver the score goes down.

Yes, sometimes a price matters to my score.
