Sorry to hear. No-name billing like that is nearly always bad news, and for anyone else reading, should *only* be used if your credit card issuer offers virtual card numbers that not allow anyone to charge more than what you specify before-hand.
They try to make it seem like it's an independent billing company, but my money is on it actually being in-house billing.

Yeah, it's a major pain in the ass. Like I said, I would tell people to stay as far away as possible, which is a shame since Elegant Angel has some really good material. As good as that material is though, it isnt worth the major pains you can potentially go through, like I did.

This site is now using Epoch and/or CCbill as for billing. I signed up to Elegant Angel earlier this year (2011) and had no problems with bill. Epoch was the billing company that handle my transaction. I had no problems signing up or canceling my subscription.
